Dr. Kiernan has been my optometrist for many years, having worn glasses and contacts for almost 4 decades, I have seen many eye doctors, and she is by far the best! She has treated me for everything from annual eye exams and contact prescriptions, to diagnosing and treating a corneal abrasion I had a few years ago. Knowledgeable, thorough, and caring, her practice is very busy owing to her popularity with her patients, but even when busy, she smoothly and professionally provides top-notch personalized care. I saw Dr. Kimberly Shirashi at the office, and this office really does care about you as a person and a patient. I was nervous about seeing someone for my first contacts and glasses prescriptions, but the proess was simple and affordable. Each step of the way I was informed what was going to happen and when. The Doctors were great, but the staff members were also very helpful, including the training on how to put contacts in and out. When I had an issue with the type of contacts I was using, I was helped out with a new type of lens that worked out perfectly. Diane who did my lens training also re-fit my glasses which worked out so well. I will be recommending this office to anyone, but especially if you are getting glasses/contacts for the first time.

I came in on a referral from the VA for an eye exam. I have very bad eye anxiety I had things near or in my eyes. I had a full on panic attack when I went in the room for my eye examination and everyone was so kind and making sure I had everything I needed. The exam was quick and the doctor made me feel safe and sane. The practice is female operated. Would definitely go back for any follows.

EXTREMELY unhappy with this unprofessional office. I knew the walkin time ended at 3:45. I dropped my daughter at the door to sign in. According to THEIR clock my daughter was trying to sign in at 3:45 or 3:46. I drove 90minutes to be here and apparently that ONE minute would have thrown off the whole office. The staff was rude and uncaring. I would NOT recommend this office. The receptionist Elaine and Office Manager Tammy are rude and blamed their clock for being "slow" and the incorrect time.

Nicest eye doctor I've seen! The office is exceptionally clean, the staff friendly, knowledgeable, and on time (a rare plus, considering they are surprisingly willing to fit in walk-ins; though I personally prefer the security of an appointment, the location allows a walk-in patient to be seen while their companion shops or grabs a snack). Dr. Kiernan has a kind approach and I'm thinking now she must be great with children... Yes, I'm sure of it. She explained in a gentle, easy way what she was doing and answered my rather simple questions as though I was her only concern. Even better than I realized! Thank you, Dr. Kiernan and staff - it's a beautiful thing to see more clearly!

My Wife went to Dr.Cynthia and had her Eyes Checked. She Gave a prescription and we went to Eyeglass World and Paid $280 for Glasses. When we received the New Glasses my wife could not see anything clear(Everything was Blurry) I told her to go to the Same Doctor to see if the Glasses are good. She didnot even tell her that she had given wrong Prescription. she went further and told her she had developed Cataract and said she should go to Eye Surgeon. We went back to eyeGlass world and asked them to check the Glasses, they went back to their records and found wrong Axis and they called the doctor and they were told the new Prescription. The Doctor had Given Wrong Sphere, Wrong Cylinder and Wrong Axis. Dont go to this Doctor or you may loose your Eyesight

Dr Cynthia made me feel very welcomed upon my exam date. Mind you i went in for 2 exams. The first prescription was a bit too strong for me so i went back to get re examined. Dr Cynthia made me aware in my first visit that if the (1st) prescription felt too strong to come see her. Came in for my 2nd exam and the office seemed busy, but still yet Dr Cynthia took her time with me! I felt like i had to be quick or that she would be fast pacing with me but she definitely took her time with me to ensure that the new prescription would be just right!
