Dr. Fermin is fantastic! Very thorough and friendly! Staff is very nice and friendly and makes you feel at home! They have a large variety of eyewear, so there's something for everyone... the pickiest, the frugal one, the name brand lover, etc. Office hours are great and very convenient for families with busy schedules. We had some issues with our insurance, not anything the docs office could do or help with, but the office kept in contact with us until we got it all worked out. (They didn't bug us everyday, but they didn't forget about us. It was just the right amount of contact/follow-up). We would highly recommend this office to all our family and friends!

First and foremost the staff that greeted me were polite and courteous. I was seen with in 5 minutes with Dr. Fermin. If anyone needs to see a eye doctor for the first time or get a new eye doctor I recommended.

Tina the front desk lady is just down right aweful. Hopefully you never have to deal with her. Was completely rude. Informed her because of how she acted that she lost my business and she said that's fine. I asked to receive my prescription via email (like it was done previously) and she refused to. Asked if it was illegal when I just spoke over the phone and they were able to order my contacts WITH my insurance over the phone but she couldnt send me my prescription via email and refused to give me my prescription over the phone. I purchased the damn thing I should be able to be told what my prescription was at least. Once I received my ordered perscription contacts I will never come back her again which sucks because the doctor is amazing but Tina at the front desk ruined it for me.

This was my very first eye exam since I was a kid probably. I've never worn glasses or contacts in my whole life. Since age has changed my eyesight I went to get them checked. The staff was all VERY nice to me and very professional. Paige who is the girl who helped me purchase my very first pair of glasses ever was wonderful. I was pleased with my experience.

I was very impressed and happy with the service across the board and I have been going to an optometrist since I was in grade school. The W. Sahara location is very clean and professional. The technician, Laney, was great in running the tests needed and giving me a play by play of what to expect as we moved around the office (this is so nice when you are feeling blind without your contacts in). I met with Dr. Jennifer Burke and she was so friendly and personable. She took her time with me and answered all my questions, explaining things with great clarity. I was breastfeeding at the time, thus she did not run any test that could possible effect my nursing child. The front staff was able to clearly go over what my insurance would cover and gave me the varying price options regarding my contact order and there was no pressure to buy more than I could. Once ordered, my contact arrived in less than a week. I wish I would have found this office sooner. It was such a great experience.

I was in for an eye exam because it had been quite a few years. They were very thorough. I found out I have cataracts that will probably need to be corrected soon. It wasn't great news but it is good to know. Because at this time glasses won't improve my vision, there was no pressure to buy from them. I was very pleased with the personnel from the front desk to the assistant to the doctor. I will return and let others know how pleased I am.

Great service all around. DO presented me with several options for contacts and was never pushy or trying to up-sell me on anything, just wanted me know the pros and cons of each choice. Opticians were fantastic and made every effort to accomodate me in every way. I highly recommend them for customer service and efficiency.

The worst experience I've ever had at at optical center! Not only are the more expensive with contacts and glasses, but horrible customer service! FYI, I went across the street to Pearle vision who had my same exact contact for 20.00 cheaper! I couldn't believe it! I have two insurances when I comes to contacts, one insurance makes it cheaper for my contact lenses, so the fitting fee would only be $10, with my other insurance the fitting fee would be $40, this place wanted to use the insurance that would cost me $40 for a fitting fee! I asked why wouldn't they want to save me money and use the insurance that would cost less for a fitting fee, the girl behind the desk told me that's just what they had to do. I called my insurance they said that was not the case, I went to another place which used the insurance that I wanted and I only ended up paying $20 out-of-pocket because they wanted to make sure they save me money. It appears this vision place is all about money and not about customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this place to anybody and instead go to the competition across the street at Pearle Vision!

The manager needs manners needs proper training.His staff forgot to forward my orders and had been waiting for nothing.He does even know there own advertisement of replace ment of lenses guaranteed to reached from 6 mos.up to 2 years depends on your purchased.He needs retraining how to deal with there inadequacy.

They did such a good job that I decided to just let them keep the glasses they made for me, I figured if I can't see out of them they must of made that pair to hang on the wall. Still a year later, no calls back, no emails about my glasses, no check ups, they may have just went ahead and popped resold them. Don't go here, very unpleasant experience.

Previously I went to the Henderson office for many years but moved to Las Vegas and this office is only a few minutes from my home. Since I recently have gone through a bit of a traumatic experience with eye surgery, I was nervous. The staff and Dr. Fermin were excellent and I am glad to have found this location. I will purchasing new glasses here very soon and working hard to maintain my eye health with the help of these professionals. Thank you for your excellent service.

Worst experience ever. Technician extremely unhelpful, seemed like she forgot we were there. Right after we walked out, the “manager” Jason who didn’t bother to talk to us while we were there, actually called my cell to tell me there was nothing wrong with my husband’s glasses. The ones that keep falling apart and have brought us in 3 times! The ones that the Pecos location took one look at and said the lenses were cut too small! Pecos had to finally step in to help us have the glasses sent back to the lab so the lenses could be cut correctly as West Sahara was not willing to accept the responsibility of doing so, even though they were the ones who had them cut (wrong) in the first place. Our experience at Pecos has been totally the opposite from this West Sahara office - go to Pecos if at all possible. This West Sahara location is full of incompetent employees who clearly don’t understand their craft. Have been waiting now 4 business days for the regional manager to return my call so I can explain the situation to him, it was that bad.
