Loved the service and prices at Optical Outlet! I was greeted when I walked in and Terri took the time to help me find my perfect frames. She was fun, personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I never felt any pressure to buy any particular frame and in the end, I was 110% satisfied with my purchase. Service rules and I am willing to pay a little more for exceptional service; however, you get it at Optical Outlet without an arm and a leg. :) I will definitely return the next time I need a pair of glasses and recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable & fashionable frames without compromising service.

Excellent customer service, extremely helpful & professional. My Dad has Alzheimer's & was not able to have a new eye exam done. They replicated an existing pair of his glasses very accurately. My Dad can be a bit difficult, but they were very understanding & patient when measuring his new frames. If I need glasses in the future, I'll be going back!

My frames were broken by my wonderful son. I was getting ready to head out of town and needed to get them fixed right away. I was headed out to Optical Outlet when there was a huge I-80 car crash. I called them up and asked I could still be seen at 6:00 pm (when they close). They told me come on over and I was in and out with my new frames in 5 minutes. Their staff was super friendly and even declined me giving them a tip because they stayed late. Awesome company!!
