I am very disappointed with how getting our child's glasses here has gone :(. We came in a month ago to order glasses for my 3 year old. I specifically asked for Miraflex as his ophthalmologist had recommended those and nothing else. I was told that our son was too big for those and was shown another line (that was much pricier). I was promised that they were just as durable as the miraflex, in fact I was specifically told multiple times that they last for years on kids. I left having bought the brand recommended. 2 weeks later we picked them up, one week after that they broke at the hinge when my son stood up and bumped his face on my knee. I brought them back in, explained I was unhappy as we had been told how durable they are and not to get miraflex. Another week passed and we picked the glasses back up from you. 2 hours later they were broken again. This was last night. My husband brought my son in today with the broken glasses. He explained the situation, and was told that they could be reframed, but it was the company's policy that if the new frames cost more we would have to pay the difference. If they cost less, we would not get our money back. After all that, the person helping my husband and son then did not like the color of miraflex my son picked so kept asking him to pick another. Seriously? We have other glasses wearers in our home and had hoped to find a place we could all use, but after this I don't think it will be your company.
