I needed a glass lens replacement about a year ago and Jacob was the only one who would actually help me out of everyone in town. He was fantastic! Very nice and got things done fast. The lens came with a free two time lens replacement for two years. I just called him and there was no hassle and it was super easy! I'll have them replaced for free in two days! I have been personally recommending him but it's time for a public review. Go to Specticca first! You won't be disappointed! Thank you for amazing customer service!

After coming into this store multiple of times and not purchasing anything, I felt like a tire kicker. Jacob never treated me any different. His knowledge and customer service is beyond amazing.
