My first experience at a "chain." Was hesitant at first, but went because of Costco's reputation. So glad I did! They had the latest equipment and gave me the most thorough exam I've ever had! The optometrist was cash only, so be advised. The optical shop where you get your frames and lenses isn't. The selection of frames is a bit lacking, but the lens technology isn't. The staff is very knowledgeable and goes out of their way to be helpful.

I went in and asked for a fax number so I could have my prescription from where I previously lived sent to them. Once getting the fax of the prescription, they promptly helped me to get contact lenses. They were very nice and apologetic about the wait time because there was a little bit of a wait. But the contacts that they offered me work great even without trying them ever before. It was an easy and great service that I will definitely use in the future.

Friendly and accommodating! I would recommend 1000 times. Prices are better than any place in Greensboro. A real benefit for people without insurance.

I had my eyes checked there the other day. The optometrist has a partner. They were thorough, professional and expeditious. They photographed the eyes, something other practices charge you a very large fee today. I had a question later and emailed the optometrist. They email back the following day. The exam was affordable and the staff was friendly.
