Great stuff. Really inexpensive. They are the only have in town but the store is fully stocked and really familiar. We were setting up a student at Missouri S and T along with 5,000 of our closest friends but the lines went too bad and we exited with all that we needed.

Okay for a Wal-Mart. Since it is a college town, I expected more variety or selections. But the deli department is minimal, and sometimes the produce quality can be lacking. Additionally things feel a bit scattered to me. Taking all that into account, check out is easy, staff will step up to help you find something if need be, so its decent enough for a Wal-mart.

Ik y'all gonna laugh at me but this is the honest truth. I leave this Walmart 1 star because I couldn't buy Google Play cards judgement free. I mean, come on, I'm 18 living with my parents. This is the one year of my life I can make poor financial decisions before life goes downhill with college, a wife, and a boring, full-time office job. Least you can do is be happy for my business but nope. I pick up 2 cards of the same price that I want and head to the self-checkout. Little do I know if you buy two of the same cards it will decline some reason and assistance needs to clear you out so you can buy separately. Great. However, after making my first successful payment she goes, "do you really need this 2nd card?" I immediately felt SO awkward and was only able to squeak out a, "...nooo....I guess...?" And she took it away and put it back. Well because of that I actually missed out on a sale a greedy Chinese company was having in their mobile game that I would have purchased. Ik it's a big win for common sense but still not an experience I thought I would have.

Not so good since the remodel a few months ago. Now, it seems like every time I come in, they don't have something I need in stock. Last time they didn't have gallon bottles of vegetable oil. Or canola oil. Or peanut oil... you get the idea. They only had sunflower oil in the gallon size. This time (even though the app says it's in stock) they were out of the Pilgrim's Blazin Wings. An employee told me there's one case supposed to arrive in 5 days. As for the inexpensive frozen dinners (a staple food for the single man) the selection has dropped almost to nothing. I'm uploading pictures so you can see, too. It's too bad. This store used to be a solid 4, and sometimes even 5 stars quality. The friendly employees do try to help as much as they can, which salvages 1 star to bring it up to 3 instead of 2 stars. You gotta feel a little bad for them... they're clearly embarrassed by the store's inability to maintain their stock.

I'M sorry to see that Walmart does not carry the beautiful Victorian rugs or carpets. That is the only style I use in my home. They are thicker & the colors are more vibrant with exquisite detailing. The Rolla Walmart, however, is super friendly & there seems to be someone always available to assist you. Nice & clean also!

To be completely honest pretty much every Wal-Mart store is becoming increasingly a more and more unpleasant shopping experience. This one isn't the worst, which is why I'm eating it two stars. The entrance is a little hard to get to. There are those handful of employees who actually DO their job and DO care about helping the customer, but the rest really ruin it for them. I've been in this location maybe 2-4 times a month for a year.. I just never really know what kind of service I'm going to find. I really hate they replaced a greater majority of cashiers with self serve. Not that they were ever manned, but when I have quite a few items it's much easier to throw them up on one end and collect off the other side. It's a debacle trying to check out with a lot of stuff, because there's no where to put your bags except the floor or back in your basket (which my husband does), but then you get the worker looming and digging through your items to make sure(I'm assuming here) that you're not stealing something. And I have yet to have a trip where I used self serve and something hasn't required assistance, which brings someone over anyway, so why not just keep more cashiers to begin with?? The eye doctor and eye glasses place (although separate entities, but still located within) are their own set of problems. We went in for an eye exam, but it was a different doctor than what was advertised. Getting frames proved to be challenging, as no one was able to pull themselves away from a private conversation. I wouldn't necessarily recommend going here for your eye care needs unless you are flexible and do not have any questions. All around I'd say avoid Wal-Mart at all cost. Item-wise it's probably going to have what you need. Service-wise it will never live up.

I refuse to buy from this store not only was i followed by one employee but by several because i looked the type to steal. No walmart employees thats called hard work of 13 hours in the field picking grapes, and it was also my friends birthday and she wanted to go look around at Wal-Mart mothing more nothing less. While 30 emplyees were waisting their time following me i saw 3 people who were well dressed and clean rip you guys off blind but because i was dirty and looked poor you judge me, news flash the ones who come in and steal from you are the ones who do dress nice and look perfect because you don't look at them like that

Really difficult finding anything but bread, sugar, and processed products. Natural and organic items are very limited. Plus I really miss "scan & go" checkouts. All self serve lanes have tiny weight pad now at our store. Bummer.

The store is nice, but the pharmacy is the worst in any Walmart I've shopped at. Tried them 3 yrs ago and nothing but mistakes- abandoned them for the competition. Moved and decided to give them another chance....BIG MISTAKE! They constantly lose your refills and tell you- none available so we must call your doctor! Hurry up and wait..... negative stars for efficiency but 4 stars for friendly staff, they tell you sorry with a smile. Good luck if you need your meds.

The staff here is very nice and polite. The night manager I spoke with on this trip was very patient, understanding and kind. I don't appreciate Wal-Mart cutting selections down as much as they have; and they have stopped carrying many varieties of products I bought on a regular basis as well as certain brands I loved, altogether!!! Corporate is crazy. They remodeled this store here to make it bigger but cut down on the selection of just about everything in the store!!! It was completely Oxymoronic! The selection sucks, the service however, is very good.

Does Walmart has pretty great stuff. While I was in Missouri I went on a little shopping spree for clothes, because Walmart in Michigan do not have clothes nearly that's nice. Prices are always good in Walmart, usually pretty low and you get what you pay for, you know. There's a lot of food here, of course and they have many other things as well including Electronics, books, furniture and more. The staff here is really nice and helpful, and it's a pretty good Walmart if you just want to go in and out really quick. Just be careful in the parking lot, it's usually really busy and people here do not like to move.

I really do not like how many self checkouts added and regular checkouts taken away. If you are disabled and cannot see to scan or have problems using your hands you cannot use self checkouts very well and the line for a regular checkout is super long because there are not enough. Two stars tho because the employees were very friendly and courteous.

The isles are small and on top of that they have work equipment in the way so you can't get around other shoppers. They need more staff, I waited about 20mins in a long line at the service desk and they only had one person on the desk. The line was so backed up, the people that where done checking out couldn't get through. The staff is nice though.

One of the biggest, most well stocked Walmarts I've seen. Since this Walmart caters to the Army base nearby they have something for everyone. If you're looking for something, this place will have it. Not the fanciest or, best organized one, but still a great Walmart.

This is where I usually shop for just about every thing. I like that they price match. I really love the savings catcher and the self checkouts. However, they seem to be under stocked quite a bit. Also, every time I really like something they seem to stop carrying it. But other wise this is a great store.

There is such a difference between each Walmart store the one in Southaven Mississippi is very very busy but most of the time when I've been there they have plenty of help in the people are super nice the one in Hernando Mississippi is an excellent store to go to always enough cashiers and you get that southern experience with the people they actually act like they care or maybe they do either way it's an enjoyable experience in the St Louis area Fenton Missouri at Gravois Bluff is most horrible store to go into as they charge you extra because of a fee they have to pay the city to be there the people really don't care if you're there or not is a place is so busy and they probably have dirty cashier spots and 25 self checkout and I usually have three cashiers working so the lines are horrible expect to spend at least 2 hours or if you go in High Ridge Missouri is my favorite as they carry that southern charm for a Missouri store the people are glad you're there and there's always enough cashiers you hardly ever have to wait in line no it's a smaller store and they have a smaller selection stuff to pick from if you know of any other Walmart stores with great Turkish get on here and let us know where they're at cuz I travel a lot thanks

We had absolutely the best tire service ever. Thank you to Rita who had the department running so efficiently and to Travis who replaced two of our tires on our horse trailer after we had a blowout (with horses on board). We were so impressed with Travis who was very respectful of his supervisor Rita, even as we changed our order of one tire to two tires. The price of the tires was reasonable as well. All in all, a great experience. There were several people in line after us and they were promptly helped as well.

Went today to buy a porch swing. I drove over an hour to purchase this swing. There were at least 4 Walmart workers walking around in the lawn and garden section. I asked where the swings were and was told on the back wall. I asked for help to get 1 and they came and got me one off the shelf. I paid and then was told go get the car. My husband waited with the swing and the l cart. A lady asked if she could help my husband and he told her what he was doing. She said ok and walked off. We loaded the swing ourselves and I took the l cart back inside while the 2 ladies stood with their heads together laughing. I had to take the cart all the way back inside and parked it. The customer service at this Walmart is awful!

It's hit or miss as far as friendly staff goes, and with what they carry from week to week. Since the remodel, I have noticed an increase in prices, crabby staff, and fewer and fewer associates at registers. Locating items is difficult now that they have moved everything and it's hard to find anyone to direct you to new location. I shop here because I can buy a lot of items without going to several different stores, but that's the ONLY reason. Prices are no longer cheap and the staff is unfriendly.

The darker floors really helped with the overwhelming brightness. Also they have everything for usually good prices, the staff will always help you find something if you need help. I went in to check out the clearance flat screen TVs and took forever to finally get someone to help. When I did finally get someone to hell they told me that they wouldn't sell the display models at a further discount. I've never gone into a Walmart that wouldn't put a 20% discount on a clearance price for display television ever! It really seemed more like that they didn't want to bother with it! They acted like I was bothering them by wanting to talk to him about it. So I told him I'll just go back to the other Walmart sub into that will they didn't seem to care so I left. So glad I went out of my way to give that one a shot just to be that's the way like it was too much hassle. Customer no service

Nicely organized and clean Walmart. Love their jewelry department. Well displayed, good lighting and excellent selection of diamonds. I must add that they have a very good Health and Beauty Aids department that carries most name brands and their signature Equate brand. Although Amazon has some items that are cheaper than Walmart, you can get your items instantly at Walmart, rather than waiting a few days for shipping from Amazon. You can also place online orders and pick it up at the store, which is free of shipping charges. Don't forget to check out their electronics department for they carrie just about everything. I purchased my Samsung phone from Walmart and got a terrific price on the phone. The same phone from AT&T was considerably higher. Goes to show you, always check with Walmart first before you spend too much elsewhere.

The only thing Walmart is good for is groceries. I had a flat tire this morning on my way to work. Walmart was the closest place so I carefully drove it there. I did not feel safe or I would have drove it to Plaza Tires. So I parked my Jeep and went inside to receive help, after standing for several minutes I was greeted by a cashier. She informed me that I needed to pull it up to a bay and I would run into the “go to guy”. So I did as instructed, and the bay I pulled up too was quickly put up a “do not enter” chain. I then backed up and moved to the next bay over. I was still never greeted at all. I finally called out to one of the men for help. He then called out to another guy to come over and ask what “seems to be the problem “. Well, sir “as you can see I have a flat tire. I need this to be fixed as I don’t feel comfortable driving anywhere else like this “. He then left and told what I assume was to be this magical “go to guy”. I then waited and actually had enough time to phone a friend and FaceTime him my issue. He was more helpful over the phone than any I had received at the Walmart tire center. Finally the “go to guy” approached me. Oat this point was just going to have him put the spare on for me and or attempt this myself. He took down what was needed so I told him. He said “it’s going to be a little bit.... 1hour 15 minutes “. No, that’s not a little bit that is a long time. So I declined their service, drove to a gas station, aired up my tire and went to get some real service!!! Thank you Plaza Tires and thank you Virgil Gooch!! I was able to get right in, have my problem fixed and all it took was me pulling into the parking lot. No wait time and amazing service!!!

College is close by so always crowded. Have a decent selection of wines and liquor. Meats are adequate saw they now have lamb and ground bison. Bakery is nice as well, aisles are easy to navigate with plenty of room.

Good products at decent prices. Employees vary from disinterested to friendly and engaging. Parking and navigating the parking lot by vehicle or on foot frustrating. Lack of cashiers for the personal touch especially when wanting to check out with a large number of items. Manned lanes only in the middle of the store which is a pain, literally, after shopping on a concrete floor...annoying too as you have to dodge other shoppers at each end to reach the middle lanes. Often lines for those lanes go out onto the floor blocking other shopper traffic.

Typical smaller Walmart. Produce leaves a lot to be desired. Deli department is achingly slow. Selection is ok but not as extensive as many other Walmarts. Store is clean. Stay away from there ship to store, they don't ask for any proof that you are the person who should be picking something up. Employees arent outgoing but are friendly enough.

Employees led me around on a goose chase only to find nobody could help me. I first went to self checkout after I purchased my items to ask if I could exchange my $10 bill for quarters. The self checkout employee told me to go to customer service and they could do it for me. So, I went over to customer service and the younger morbidly obese girl there told me that she wouldn't do it for me (nobody was behind me waiting) and told me maybe one of the cashiers could do it for me. So, I went to a cashier and they told me that unfortunately they couldn't exchange $10 for quarters. It wouldn't have been so frustrating if the first person knew that they couldn't do that in the first place, but then again they are Walmart employees after all, so maybe I am just being too picky. Either way, I'm going to get my groceries elsewhere from now on.

They have just about a little bit of everything that you need from frozen bait to live bait a nice hardware aisle to a big electronics section to pet food and accessories and on the grocery side with what you need including items that are not easily available. Every time I've gone to my hometown Walmart I've encountered friendly staff that ask if I need any help and when you ask for help most of them don't hesitate to make sure you get what you need.

I am so happy to see the new business come to Rolla. I had a very bad experience with a wal mart employee who works at the front desk. She was rude and seemed to get enjoyment in making my day bad. Don't employees realize the money I spend there is where their check comes from. I hope menards and all the other new businesses are a success and appreciate their customers.

Someone stole my wallet and all the employees were so helpful and kind. I had 4-5 looking up and down the aisles and everyone who worked there knew in a matter of minutes. One talked to me and made me feel alot better and was very helpful.

Positive- found a swimsuit I liked. How often does that happen? Positive- Rolla Walmart is my favorite Walmart. Negative: banged my shin on a mini cart. Seriously Walmart they need to be padded. The handle doesn't stick out like it does on regular carts it runs almost perfectly parallel with the bottom bar and bam!! A perfect bruise is what you get.

I like Walmart as far as being able to pick up a variety of items in one place. However, the changes to the savings catcher program with Walmart Pay really leave a whole lot to be delivered and desired. Friday night and again today I was unable to use this new program and once again lost the ability to electronically pay, save my receipt and submit it to the Savings Catcher program. Frustrating enough that I am going to stop shopping at Walmart.

Clean and easy to find what I needed. Never enough checkouts open and I'm handicapped, so using self-checkout is out of the question.

This place is MAJORLY relying on self checkout, there are about 7 isles and a lot more self checking out areas. There aren’t many selections for baseball so if your a baseball player don’t come here. Overall 3 stars
