Dr. Loose and his staff are amazing. I have white coat syndrome. Doctors offices make me anxious but this staff made me completely comfortable! This office will definitely be our family eye doctor from now on!

I had an appt. on June 17th. it's July 9th and I still have not received my glasses. They're trying to tell me it's because of my insurance company when that's not true because I called my insurance company and they said the claim was sent in on the 21st actually 4 days after my appointment.. Never again will anyone I know get glasses here.

I placed a call in for an appointment a week ahead and the lady (which was very helpful , I thought) answered the phone and asked for all of my information ... for me only to arrive after an hour and a half drive and they tell me they don’t have any information about my insurance and I could not be seen! I could only reschedule an appointment, to drive another hour and a half and be let down by “technical issues” I think not . I’d just make sure all my ducks are in a row before considering coming here .. very very disappointed
