Myself and my two college-age children have been going to Optical 2000 for over 10 years. They have always had friendly customer service, knowledgable doctors and staff, and an organization that provides accurate information on a customer level. I have never experienced long wait times, and the staff has never been anything short of professional! Thanks for serving our Clinton community so well!

Optical 2000 is the best place in Clinton to get your eyes checked. The staff is very nice and Dr Pankey is wonderful, very informative during your exam. Wouldn't ask for a better place to get my eyes checked.

The lady doctor was great with my 5 year old! When when he was getting frustrated she knew exactly what to do. When she called the other dr in for a second opinion he was good as well! I highly recommend to anyone!

Doctors Great! They work hard to make certain you are satisfied. Very conscientious and concerned for your satisfaction and eye health. We had a little hiccup with lenses for my new prescription, otherwise I would select 5 stars, but they worked hard to make it right. I'm a local architect and in my profession, clear crisp vision is a must. I recommend Optical 2000, and will continue being their eye patient.

From the front desk staff to everyone in between seeing the doctor are really nice and friendly. Dr. Dixit is very sweet caring and does a very detail exam.The lady that helps with fitting you for contacts was really nice. Also the lady at checkout. I really would recommend someone new to area to go see them as well as if anyone needed a eye dr.

Optical 2000 is the only optical facilty my babies and I have ever been to. The majority of the staff is very polite, professional and love their jobs. The two doctors(I have seen them both) are very courteous and extremely knowledgeable! Dr. Panky is the absolute best.....very friendly and makes you feel wanted and like he appreciates your business. The only concern I have is the receptionist at the desk when you check in. She wasn’t mean, she just seemed bothered and it came through with her demeanor. Overall, I ALWAYS have excellent experiences at OPTICAL 2000! I would definitely advise anyone to have their optical needs met here!

Optical 2000 has serviced my eye care needs for the past ten years. It is a calm and modern environment with very capable staff. The up to date technology/equipment used gives me the confidence of knowing my eye exam is thorough. The physicians take time to share eye xrays and show changes in eye glass prescription from one year to the next. Directly following my eye exam Mr. David usually helps me select the frame that enhances and fits. I highly recommend this family friendly facility to assist you with seeing clearly.

All the staff, from front desk to doctors to technicians, are courteous and professional and caring. I took my 9 yr old son here for his first set of glasses, then I went back for my own exam and contacts. They text you appointment reminders, too!
