I took both of my girls their and the staff was so friendly. My children were very pleased with the glasses selection and the doctor was a comedian. I will definitely be going back and surely recommend them to other customers. Thank the own staff for a wonderful job!!

was terible experiance before i got the glasses my priscription was good went i went to change glases then it was no good office manager was very rude all i need was to change glases which i couldnt read ,back and forth 3 times was there i didnt ask for refund but she refunded money instead of change reading glasses i never recomend any body to go there andy chandraratne

Didn’t buy my sunglasses from Eyear Optical, but brought my bent Maui Jim’s in to adjust the bent frames. They did this in less than 60 seconds free of charge!

2 years ago I told the manager my prescription was wrong. Instead of letting me explain the focal point for my computer was set at 6 inches, she became very rude. She said if I didn't want to wear the glasses for a week, she would give me a refund and be done with it. I was stunned. My family had been going there for several years. Today i had obtained a prescription else wear and went in to get lenses in my frames. The same manager pulled my file and told me she could not help me anymore because of what happened 2 years ago. Save yourself stress and time. Go somewhere else.

OUTSTANDING customer service - on vacation here, used to live here and they were my Eyecare place when I lived here, I walk in today with a pair of broken glasses I bought online, and they were happy to either grind the lenses to fit a similar frame or show me some budget frames, and there quite nice. I picked a budget frame and it feels VERY nice, they didn't even do much as question me about wanting CR39 lenses (I'm under 18, but require them). Treated me as though I never left Mississippi!! I've never had a problem with them and the staff is more than eager to help custimers and answer questions. Outstanding!
