First time going to the eye doctor in 2 years. This was a wonderful experience. I'm so glad I was recommended to this eyecare facility. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and gracious. I highly recommend this eye care facility.

The environment was nice and relaxing. The doctor was attentive and relateable. The staff was informative and kind. Each piece of the puzzle fit perfectly. I've been to several eye doctors, and general doctors but they dont feel like this one does. A+ for staff, professionalism and care!!

An eye exam at Envision is so pleasant from beginning to end. Everyone is professional and courteous, there's no hard sale to buy high priced frames. They use state of the art equipment. Dr. Hairston is knowledgeable and pleasant, you almost wish the examination took longer. I've made my next appointment because I trust my eyes to Envision.

EnVision Eye Care is the place to go and get your eyes checked. Me and my son has been going there for years. The service is wonderful and everyone is very polite. I had been going for years and everyone is always friendly. But they made mistakes here and there but normally fixed them.Recently I went May 2019.I got my yearly routine exam.Then when It was time for me to get fitted for my frames I noticed Mr.Bryan seemed confused with the customer before me because he kept making mistakes.When it was my turn I thought he had gotten himself together apparantly not.Mr.Bryan stated that the wall I normally pick my frames from my insurance no longer paid for and brought me a small box from the back to pick from.So I picked from that small box and he told me my glasses would be ready in 10 business days.About a week later I get a text saying they need me to come back in because my frames was no longer available.I First left a message for Dr.Hairston to call (with Mrs.Jasmine) so I could give Dr.Hairston my complaint (she never called back)The kidding thing no one apologized or or even offered a higher price frame for all the inconvience.So I called again Mrs.Jasmine then changed it and said it was my insurance fault.So I called my insurance We then called with Envision Eyecare and my insurance on 3 way and they admitted it was their mistake.I was so outraged that they were so unorganized that I decided not go back just not worth the headache.And now have to find another Eye doc.smh

I so admire a neatly organized and clean Physician's office. This office space was beautiful inside and out. The motivational quotes throughout the office were refreshing and appropriate for all ages. The staff was very personable and professional. They answered all of our many questions regarding procedures, fees, and future visits. I appreciated their honesty in all aspects of our questions. I like the fact that Thursday appointments can be in the afternoon to accommodate minor students. Child friendly offices are definitely a plus. My visit at EnVision Eye Care was perfect!! I knew my vision had changed drastically because I haven’t been driving at night time and straining my eyes bad lately. Dr. Hairston told me bifocals was needed and my response at first was did I do anything wrong, She reassured me that age was a factor and I felt so much better! She told me that I was a candidate for contacts so I’ll be doing them and glasses!! Her staff was the friendliness, knowledgeable, caring, professional people I have ever met in a long time!
