Just wanted to say that the staff and Dr here are phenomenal. I’ve been to many eye drs in my past. They are always very accommodating on getting me in. I had an issue with my contacts strength and called them to explain and schedule an appointment for a week or two down the road, as most places do. I was asked when I could come in. They said they could squeeze me in same day. This is the second time I wasn’t expecting to be seen same day but they’ve managed to fit me in. I will continue to use them. Also dr. was busy but never had to wait very long. Would recommend to anybody that is looking for a great place to get your eyes taken care of!!!

Recently moved to this area and was looking for an optometrist nearby. Called and got a routine exam appointment within 2 weeks which was fine with me. I had a good experience with Dr. Katherine Sanders. She was thorough, kind, and easy to talk to. I was in and out relatively quickly. No complaints and will return.

Fist time ever needing eye care, as old age has started to creep up on me, and this place was very nice. Had very little wait time even as a new patient, everyone there were very polite and attentive, and explained everything in detail. Needed glasses was told up to to weeks, and was just under a week getting email that they are in. Took my medicare and Cigna health insurance, had 0 problems. Only thing that I could say negative would be the actual price of the glasses and that being said I don't really know anything about what they run, my sister said she had gotten 2 pair with what she said were a little better lenses for less than what I paid, but insurance paid for most of it and I'm not sure of what I got as far as quality as I've never bought or worn glasses before. Also I'd pay a little more for courteous and prompt attention.

Appointments were set for 10:30 and 11:00 am,and I’m still waiting for my children to be seen.Staff is just sitting behind the desk laughing and talking amongst each other.

Doctor is amazing.One of the office staff is very rude. I was so upset with her attitude I had to walk out of the office and schedule my on referral. It's sad when you have an office staff roll their eyes and think it's ok. Remember without customers the doctor will not need staff. Sad that I have to find a new eye doctor because of rude staff.

Hands down, 5 stars all the way for Dr. Katherine Sanders. I have never had a doctor actually listen to me and take her time with me like Dr. Sanders did. I used to “hate the eye doctor” and she changed my whole perspective! We are new in town, as my husband is active duty military and I was fortunately referred to this office by my neighbor. From here on out, I will be happy to see her yearly for my eye exams. Don’t look any further!

Doctor is excellent. The business is Horrible!!! I ordered glasses on 9/13/17 and still have NOT received them. I paid OVER $400.00 for glasses. I called the next day to stop the order and Britney said I couldn't cancel. Now it's 10/2/17 and can't even get in touch with them. NEVER USE THESE PPL.

This was by far the most thorough eye exam I've ever had in the fifteen years I've worn glasses. Dr. Sanders was amazing, and he took time to ensure that the contacts were a good fit for my eyes. He was knowledgeable about my condition and was able to explain how it might impact my vision in the future. He also pointed out something during my exam that no other optometrist ever picked up on. His staff was also great, and they were able to get me in at the very last minute (insurance)!

I've been to many eye doctor's on the coast from Slidell to D'Iberville and this is by far the BEST doctors on the coast. I have made SEVERAL referrals and everyone has spoken so highly of them. My husband has used the same eye doctor for 15 years (and he's still in practice) but I convinced him to go to Coast Eyes this year and he was so happy he switched. I will never go anywhere else. They also are very helpful with the insurance aspect too. The have a wonderful selection of frames too and up to date in styles. If I could, I'd give them TEN STARS

Worst experience in trying to get a new pair of glasses. Went on 5/25/16 for the eye exam. Picked up the glasses about 2 weeks later. I couldn't see out of the left lens. They told me to wear them a week to let my eyes adjust. After 4 days of trying I had to put my old glasses back on. When I called to tell them I couldn't use my $874 glasses they said I would have to see the doctor again even though I could see fine with my old glasses. Because he was booked and then going on vacation they gave me an appointment for 6/30/16. So a month later to get a resolution. After a lot of back an forth with the tech it was discovered the he had written my prescription down wrong. After apologizing he said l should have the lens back in 3 days. After a week I called and was told the lab had to sent it out for coatings. We called again a few days later and was told the lab scratched the lens, was going to send it and remake a new one. We were told the scratched lens would arrive on 7/13/16. I called on 7/14 to see where the lens was and was told it hadn't come in so I asked for the doctor to call me. The next day when I hadn't gotten a call I decided to go get a refund. After much back and forth he finally agreed to give me a check and told me to go out into the lobby. A few minutes later he sent his tech out to tell me he wouldn't give me the check until I returned the display lens. Amazed that he had $874 of my money for almost two months and was now holding the check up for some piece of plastic that probably cost $2 held my temper and left to get them. 1 minute later I got a call from the tech saying that he also wanted the case. This was beyond petty. I returned the items and got my check. DO NOT GO TO THIS INCOMPETENT PETTY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE

I work in the healthcare field and I have to say this one of the best clinics I've ever been to. The service is fast, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctors are great. The doctors are very smart, explain everything in a way that's easy to understand, and truly care about your eye health! I highly recommend them! They have super cool frames to choose from also!

I appreciate the care and attention to detail Dr. Sanders spends for each of his patients. While it was my first time wearing contacts, his staff very patiently went out of their way to help me through the fitting process. During the adjustment period, Dr. Sanders took care for the contacts to fit, even coming in multiple times a few months after! Come by their D'iberville location for a wide glasses selection and kind service.
