Stay away! Their optician came to my work and took several orders for glasses. After a month I had to do a lot of calling and emailing to find out that they’d LOST our orders and CREDIT CARD information! They’ve been hard to deal with and offer very little help to resolve the situation. Bad, bad, bad business!!!

If this place treats there customers the same way they treat there employees then I don't know how they are still in business. Absolutely horrible management with no ethics!!! Janel and Erica who run the customer service are less then honest and that's being nice. I hope they enjoy the Minnesota department of labor and attorney general poking around hope they have nothing to hide.

You can't survive over there if the Boss Lady doesn't like you, no matter what effort you put into your work she will always have something negative to say about you, oftentimes flimsy. Like me she falsely accused me of arguing with her when I was merely asking her on how to go about a certain issue pertaining my work as a new employee. Causing someone to loss his job is like murder. Is a great place to work, if tossing here and there is sanctioned by top company honchos.
