Hidden GEM! Not many people know about Origins Eye Clinic, but when you find it, you won't want to go anywhere else! This is hands down the BEST eye clinic around! You can tell the staff really cares about you and your overall health.

Everyone was very kind and professional. I really enjoyed my experience. The fitting fee of 120$ is very high but that is the only complaint I have. If that had been lower, it would have been a 5 star review for sure! If you are going for anything but contacts, I would say don't hesitate. If you need contacts, be prepared to pay a lot out of pocket!

I was very happy with my eye exam- Dr. Bane went above and beyond in making sure that my contact lenses were the correct prescription. However, when it came time to pay for my appointment I found out that my brand of contacts weren't covered under my new eye insurance formulary. I felt as though I was not given the opportunity to explore other brand options because it was almost closing time at the clinic. I was reminded by the front desk staff that there is a rebate for the brand that wasn't covered, so I reluctantly accepted. After picking up my contacts and getting home, I found out that the rebate form I was given expired 3/31/2014 and the entire rebate program for this brand expired 7/31/2014. I understand that it's not the fault of the eye clinic that my insurance didn't cover the brand, but I'm frustrated that I felt as though I was rushed into buying contacts and not assisted in considering other option. I won't be going back.

The best eye experience I have ever had. Not only was the entire staff friendly and focused on the customers, they clearly had the patient's interest in mind. I was very impressed listening to them answer questions in a friendly and easy to understand way to all customers. During my appointment, Dr. Bane was very attentive and listened to any concerns I had. He was approachable and made me feel like I could ask questions, no matter how silly they might be. Great experience. In the past I have never had the chance to see (technology has advanced) the inside of my eye. I did not realize the value of nutrition and eye health. The eye photo and Dr. Bane showed me where my eye health could improve. It is nice to be able to have someone take the time to discuss things with me rather than just sending me through the steps and out the door. Thanks Dr. Bane.

The staff was outstanding. Very polite and efficient. I had an issue with my eye and it turned out that I had scratched my cornea. They were able to get me in first thing in the morning and I was feeling better by noon. I highly recommend Origins Eye Clinic and Dr. David Bane.

I highly recommend Origins Eye Clinic and Dr. Bane, it is a great clinic and has a very good selection of eye wear. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, much better than my previous eye doctor clinic. I also felt very comfortable and was able to get all my questions answered easily and able to understand everything. This will now be my regular eye clinic going forward.

Front desk staff is friendly and doctor is amazing! We ended up chatting about sports for a bit before the exam because we went to the same college. Really great experience. New ownership upgraded the equipment. No “eye puff” test anymore. I’ve had glasses/contacts for about 20 years, and this is now my favorite optometry office!

Absolutely a great experience. Dr. Bane & Dr. Fischer are thorough and do a great job explaining the health of my eye. Did you know you can have a freckle on the eye? I didn't believe them until I saw the image of my eye. The staff are amazing - always friendly and always smiling. I also appreciate them not lecturing me on the fact that I don't change my contacts often enough. I've been educated on how to pick a safe and effective contact solution, have very fair prices for glasses and both doctors are good on the eyes! Highly recommend. Free Parking!

Can a visit to the eye clinic be great? It is if you visit Downtown Eyes Crosstown. My first visit yesterday was superior to any I've had in my life. The staff both on the phone and in person are warm, friendly and extremely helpful. The advanced technology makes the exam a breeze; much faster and more comfortable than any I've experienced before. And, just as important; there is no pressure to buy eyeglasses from them. I am one very satisfied patient/customer.

I walked in and Elizabeth welcomed me at the door with a smile. She came around and greeted me with my paperwork and a water. She was very plesant and the water was a nice gesture. Holly took me back to perform pretesting before I saw Dr. Bane and she was excellent. I have one good eye and another eye with a cataract so I am very concerned and picky about my eye doctor. Dr. Bane was the best. He was caring, knowledgeable, and so informative. I am going to have my cataract removed and hopefully will see soon! I can't speak more highly of this place. They are definetly the best I have every been to... So kind, so caring, so plesant. I will definetly recommend to my family.

I had and an appointment here a couple of days ago and it was the best experience. The staff was great and even helped me pick out my glasses. Dr.Bane explained everything and answered all the question I didn't think of. I also loved that they an option for me to not get my eye dilated and get digital pictured instead.

I was offered a product which I paid for and never received. I called back a few times and was told that it was just sent to me. Still nothing received, and no follow up. That was 4 months ago. I have a feeling that they only had results for one of my eyes because I was only shown results for one eye while there, and was not offered the opportunity to see the image from the other eye. I walked out thinking, "HUH?" I don't have a satisfied feeling about this clinic. Sorry!

It's nice to find an eye clinic and doctor that I feel I can trust and will return next year. Went to Origins Eye Clinic for my one year vision checkup. I've been to a variety of eye doctors and this experience was my best. The staff members were fun and friendly. The doctor explained everything to me in simple English, breaking down for me exactly what he saw during the exam. I learned more during my checkup at Origins than any of my past visits at other locations. I've recommended Origins to my friends and family. I'll be back next year.
