They were very helpful and friendly when I called ad well as when we were in their location. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and had forgotten to bring the original prescription we had obtained at a different facility. They allowed us to proceed through as much of the ordering as we could and then offered to follow up with our prescribing optometrist the next day to finalize. I can't express just how pleased I am with the service we received.
