They don’t stand by the products sold when they are damaged. We live over an hour away and they won’t do a price adjustment at all. We would have to disassemble the desk we purchased, find a way to get it transported back to their location, and do the whole process over again. It would cost more for the gas then to do all of that. We paid over $200 for a desk they are selling and there was rust on it. They are rude on the phone and the managers do not have the backbone to speak to you on the phone. They have their associates so the work for them. Corporate is no better because they don’t want to deal with it either.

Our company ordered a couple hundred pumpkin pies and everyone who helped was amazing! Ginny from the bakery was very helpful in getting us checked out with no issues. Then, 2 other employees helped load all of the pies into our cars. Couldn't ask for better service.

For delivery - the best route there is to take exit to 28th St from I-96, then left to Patterson and left to 33rd St, and left to Hotel St. You’ll be at the backyards of the all supermarkets. Easy to reach there and back in. Could they unload a bit faster?

I've been shopping at Costco for a couple of years now. I also get my gas here as they have competitive gas prices most of the time. They have a great selection of bulk products for the price. I love the food court and often grab lunch or dinner here. The food court prices are very affordable. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I would definitely recommended this place.

As a mom of 4 I go to this Costco almost weekly. It’s my favorite place to get toilet paper, paper towel, diapers and wipes. I do like their food selection though it seems every time I find something I really like they stop carrying it after a while (Hershey’s Simply 5 syrup, salt & pepper chips, Danimals). Their return policy is awesome and my kids love getting a lemonade every time we go. I also love their double seat carts. The checkout is overwhelming and crowded. It typically moves pretty fast but it’s a lot of people crammed into an awkwardly small space.

I love Costco. One thing that's cool is there pretty consistent wherever you go in the country and shop at them. There are some items specific to the region. if you're not familiar with Costco you need to go check it out.

Today I was at 28 th street Costco and at the bakery section a lady was promoting BUTTER CINNAMON SUGAR LOAVES and giving samples. My daughters went to try and liked it and I was picking up the pack since they liked it. And while my daughters were trying to pick the samples by mistake they touched other samples and the lady became so rude and she told my girls to pick up all the samples. It didn’t stop there, she started telling stupid things and joined other customers and started laughing at my kids. My kids are small and they felt so bad. It is very rude and racism what she did. We will never buy anything from that store and will tell our friends also what happens if you go to Costco on 28 th street.

My husband and I recently purchased a membership at Costco. We purchased some camping chairs that have a handy attached side table to hold drinks,phone and strong enough for my husband. Also like the Kirkland TP and paper towels. The gasoline is cheaper to. All though Costco carries some made in the USA I hope they will stock more for consumers to help American workers!

Love Costco but not the location of the bathrooms in the Grand Rapids area locations. It is not located where you can use it easily upon arrival. Even using when you are leaving is difficult since you have groceries/purchases. I travel 35 to 40 minutes to shop at Costco.

Lived up to the hype. Great prices with great quality. Far better shopping experience than Meijer. I'm single so it takes some planning, sharing and freezing to deal with the large size of parishable products. Overall well worth the membership.

The gas is certainly cheaper. But the woman's restroom was in serious need of cleaning and restocking of toilet paper. Stalls were out of toilet paper and at least one door was broken you couldn't use it. The walls were dirty as the floor. They should hire someone just to clean these high traffic areas every two hours.

Hard to beat the deals at these stores, it great that there is always new and different stuff in the isles. And when it's new they usually are giving out free samples so you are not just going off the picture on the box to see what it's like. They carry some of the best jewelry and electronics you are looking for , at a price better then most anywhere else and they usually throw in extra warranty and accessories for item.

Much better than the Grandville location. Employees actually say hi and aren't dismissive. Lots of stuff here that Grandville doesn't bother stocking anymore (i.e. organic unsalted butter). Definitely worth driving a few more minutes to get here. Great job Costco staff!

The food place is a joke. You can’t buy a whole pizza out of the warmer for some reason. You can only buy a slice. You can’t add or remove toppings. You can’t even get extra pizza sauce. I offered to pay for it and they said no. I’ve never seen a place turn down money before in my life. Seriously 2 people in a row walked away because they wouldn’t sell a full pizza unless you ordered it ahead of time. But they had 6 full pizzas in the glass for slices I guess? Then on the way out the guy checking the receipts wouldn’t give my 4 year old son a smiley face. He wouldn’t put one on his hand or on the receipt. Really?

Typical Costco! Excellent service! Dr Annie Oasch OD, in the optical dept, but separate entity from Costco, is an excellent eye doc who takes the time to listen to any concerns and answer all questions. I’ve noticed that she now has associates, but I’ve only seen Dr Oasch who, in turn, scheduled appointments for me with a very reputable ophthalmologist in the west Michigan area due to concerns she had from my examination. My ophthalmologist retired several years ago and I have since bounced around from one ophthalmologist to another, trying to find one that I was confident and comfortable with. When my brother in law recommended Dr Oasch at Costco, I thought he was nuts but, then, other friends and family members also recommended her. I’ve seen her for three exams, over a three year period and I’m very satisfied. Add to her service the huge cost savings ordering glasses from the Costco optical department and this discovery is a real gem.

Great prices, high value, great return policy. You will save money here if you have a family. Maybe not if you are single. Lots of sample stations so trying before you buy in bulk is helpful. A little crowded at times due to being in a high traffic location. Service is neither great or poor, I think they are just trying to do their jobs and it can get very busy for them. No one seems friendly or rude just very busy so sometimes you feel like you just get the bare minimum service. You're not going to get the high quality service like at a local grocery store. it may be difficult getting help if you can't find an item in the store, Not because they don't want to help but because they're probably running very lean (understaffed), it's a business I get it.

You want to buy something cool? How about a million of them, for like.. $3. Costco is a wonderful store, where you can spend an entire afternoon shopping, they even have a food court if you find yourself hungry. The prices are all at wholesale, so it's relatively cheap, and everything is decent to great quality. Costco is the place to go. Only downside, you need a membership that you have to renew every year. So, that's $60- $120 you are required to spend up front before shopping.

I was a member of Costco for almost seven years up until a manager was not available at all to renew my membership. (Due to my renewal which was supposed to have taken place not until May they had a renewal date of April) it was a big fiasco so I chose to end my membership with them. the distance traveled is not worth the hassle I received.

How else do you get there if your all ready in the store !! Oh and then best part about this place they think ur stealing !! Great selection of stuff but not a lot of variety because it is a bulk store so they obviously carry what will sell more so not many reduced fat/healthy options. Very surprised it closes early at 6pm on a Saturdays. This one's food court is not quite as nice as the other's: no kiosk for fast ordering and the onions in the machine were bland and kind of slimy.

It is clean with lots of options and available organic options. Great sales, my only complaint is that the lines do get long. Just plan for a longer check out. You do see that the employees are doing everything possible to get everyone through the lines as quickly as possible. Which makes you feel better for waiting. Employees are kind and helpful. They do uses every line possible when lines become long!

I know I know, they rotate products to bring more things in, I get it. But it's frustrating. It is exactly like every other Costco, always busy, long check out lines most times. Friendly staff always willing to help you out. Membership required except for alcohol purchases. Always find new food items to try, mostly the larger quantities are the same price as a smaller quantity from the grocery store. Produce is worth the membership.

They have really good baby formula here at a good price. Also, the all beef hot dog is really good. And you can get a free drink with it for a dollar fifty and and it comes with a drink.. if you're an organic Shopper, this place is loaded with Organic items. Terrific prices on home goods, electronics, clothing (limited) and groceries. Some items are stocked regularly, while others are available seasonally or for a limited time only. We especially appreciate all many organic food options and growing availability of gluten-free items. The in-house bakery items are delicious and we've always been pleased with the meats, too. The prices and service at the Costco pharmacy are amazing - the staff is both knowledgeable and very kind.
