The owner was amazing! My 1.5 year old bent my 8 year olds glasses. We recently moved and luckily Google maps pulled up his shop. He not only fixed them in a minute, he didn't charge (they needed to be tightened and slightly bent). There are very few people left like this today. Will be back for an extra pair of glasses and when she needs her next exam!

I am writing this review because I was hoping he was open today! Because if he was, I know that he would see me and tajke care of what I/we need. Mt daughter has loved going here. We are treated respectfully and Rick always goes above and beyond to fulfill our needs I just wish her were open today lol

What can I say Riccardo is amazing. The whole place is amazing. Riccardo managed to fix my glasses, and trust me the work he does is like magic. I went to different places but non of them could repair my frame. Riccardo Fixed it with no problem and he also told me he can do anything. I'm glad I found this spot and will be going here from now on.

The shop itself has a very nice atmosphere, and the service was great. The owner helped me figure out how to maximize insurance benefits, and was friendly and helpful when I returned to pick up the glasses. Best of all, it's a local family-owned business. I'll definitely be back!

I've never really differentiated between eye glasses shops, until an annoying experience with lenscrafters. So I looked for a more well reviewed store nearby. I had broken frames on my glasses, and I was in and out of medford eyeglass in an hour with new perfect frames with my old lenses.

I came in to have a pair of sunglasses fixed. Luckily, it was a some loose screws. He did a great job and didn't charge. Luckily, there is a donation box for wounded soldiers there that I was able to give to as thanks.

Ricardo is not only a true professional, but an outstanding individual. I came to this shop for my first pair of eyeglasses (I'm 25 and already getting old) and Ricardo not only walked me through the process with high expertise, but was also kind and personable. Following that, my eyeglasses were finished on time and Ricardo checked to make sure everything was perfect. Top notch service.
