Absolutely five stars for every staff member I've experienced at both Lynnfield MarketStreet and the Boston location. Incredible selection, well kept space and great guidance on the perfect frames for one's face and the prescription needed. I've used them for a few years. My favorite brand is Face a Face but they have a broad selection.

I was there tonight looking at Oliver People glasses. I was helped by Jennifer Swaddle and couldn't have been helped by a better representative . Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about glasses, but she even went out of her way to adjust the glasses I was wearing. This leave of customer service is rare. And it left such a beautiful feeling about the company. I will definitely be using them for all my eyeglass needs going forward.
