The doctor may be nice, but the wait is HORRIBLE!!!! 10 am appointment, to not be called until 12:48pm!!!!!! This is constant! I cannot take this place anymore! I have to find my children a new optical clinic!

Worst eye doctors that I've every visited. Doctor always late. Three hour wait one location wasn't seen. Two hour wait second visit still wasn't seen. Assistant arguing with each other. Records couldn't be found had to call insurance company myself. Billed for a visit and I wasn't even seen that day. Doctor has very nasty disposition. Never will GI there again!

The Doctor was very nice. he took his time and answered all my questions. He didn't rush like in the previous place I used to go. The staff helped me choose the correct frame for my glasses and was very patient. I am very happy with my glasses.The service was excellent, and I strongly recommend Sanaga optical.

I have been going to this clinic for about 15yrs..when it use to be Penn Optical..The Doctor and Staff are very Courteous and Friendly..With the transition to Sanaga there were a few bumpy roads but nothing that would deter me from returning. LOVE this Place!!!!

The doctor here appears to be friendly, but the wait is ridiculous. I had a 1:00 pm appointment and I have yet to be seen at 3:12. Unfortunately the front office staff is immune to this problem. They think it's normal and are very casual when customers get upset. Unfortunate situation.

I will never return to this office ever again. They are the most inconsiderate ppl I ever experienced. I never had to wait almost 1 month for a pair of glasses and that they tried to over charge me for my glasses. The Dr is also unprofessional over charging and double dipping with insurance company

It was a HORRIBLE experience for me. I’ve waited an WHOLE HOUR JUST TO BEEN SEEN BY THE DOCTOR! Because the workers misplaced my paper work. It’s SAD and it was my first time there. NEVER WILL I COME THERE AGAIN !!! How can you misplace my paperwork ? And I’ve been there for 1 hour when my appointment first been scheduled, I’ve got there on time ! And everybody went before me, u had to wait an EXTRA hour just because the workers misplaced my Paperwork, it was DREADFUL!!! I do not recommend going there!! ITS SLOW & LACK OF COMMUNICATION

12:00p appt. Wasnt seen until about 1hr later. There was only 1 person fitting for glasses and to no fault of her own, the process with one customer took 1+hrs. 1 person appear to be doing paperwork but could have checked some customers in or if only one person could fit, assisted with glasses choices. That way once the cust was completed, all the fitting person needed to do is fit.

Worst experience ever. The office staff seemed annoyed that I was even in the office, they were eating and talking in plain view of the patients. The doctor went to the bank in the middle of seeing patients, when I asked was it lunch time I was told that he would be right back (smh). Any way got the eye exam and ordered glasses. They could not find the glasses when I returned to pick them up. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. Not worth the time nor the aggravation.

Doctor is great. One particular staff member is a sad excuse for a woman. The winch told me they did not except JAI medical insurance and I've been going there for two yrs. Sad, just sad.

I was a walk in. Went for glasses and contact lenses. Was seen within an hour. Doctor and staff very professional. Mrs Jackie Brown, the glasses technician was very thorough and nice. A week later when I returned to pick up glasses. She made sure everything was to my liking. Hope I have the same experience when I return for permanent contact lenses.

Staff are friendly and courtesy but there is usually a long wait. Customers appear to have to wait long period of times for registration. This time my order was for two pair of glasses. The ones that had to be shippped out came back before the pair that were to be completed in-house. Visit was 01/10/18 and was told 7-10 days. I was informed that possibly they would be ready 01.25.18 so I waited to pick up both at the same time. I called and still only one pair were ready and even after the tech called there was no definitive answer of what the issue was with the second pair but will be looked into. In the meantime, I picked up the one pair only to find out there was no case and I had to either wait or got to another location to obtain. I chose to go to the other location because I wasn’t going to make a second trip. I didn’t understand if I was called to say glasses were in and I didn’t picked up until days later, why wasn’t there a case in the store? Today is 01/2618 and hopefully all has been resolved with my second pair and I can obtain soon with case. I followed up today and unfortunately my glasses still aren’t ready.

Horrible. Went for a contact exam used insurance still had to pay 80 dollars. Forgot to go back to have the dr ensure the contacts were ok now have to go back and pay 24 for another trial pair. I have never had to pay for a trial pair of contacts. I haven't gone back because the first experience was enough. I waited for hours to even be seen. I will go to get my prescription after that I will never return. Do not go to this place.

I went to this place August 16 and now it's August 31 and my glasses still haven't come I never waited this long for glasses don't go here if you need your glasses right away.
