Bought my first pair here 2 years ago. Absolutely the best pair of eyeglasses I have ever owned. The old saying "You get what you pay for"...Last year bought sunglasses and they too are perfect. Sometimes I do not even realize they are on! Best selection and best customer service ever. (Not sure what the other reviewer experienced but pretty sure that was the customer's issues not the shop).

Forget these losers. Overpriced and rudest most unprofessional staff in the business. After 46 years of wearing glasses they are the worst optical shop I've ever been to. Don't waste you time here. When I asked for a refund when they were trying to tell me I could see out of my new glasses (I couldn't) the manager told me to wait OUTSIDE (a high-wind advisory wintery day) so she could process the refund and return my old frames. Would you call this good customer service and want to be treated like that? STAY AWAY!!!

I just want to thank the team at Quality Optical. I have a very difficult prescription that limits my frame options. Every optical store I've been to in the past has never been able to make my glasses just right; I've always had to settle. Its difficult to get my vision correct, as well as getting the lenses as thin as I would like; until now, that is. This is the best pair of glasses I've ever owned. I'm very happy!!! At one point, I had the whole team out front asking their opinions on which frame looked better. They took their time and helped me until I was happy. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again guys!! You have a customer for life.
