I flunked my eye test at MVA, so had to find a doctor quick. I walked into Optical Fair that afternoon, got my eyes examined, picked out some nice frames, and had my glasses in less than 30 minutes. Glasses arrived in less than a week without any problems.

Hate to give such a negative review since the doctor himself was great, however, the rest of the staff at this office were horrendous. I ripped my last contact that I had left and called to see if I could get one single sample pack contact (even offered to pay) until I could get an appointment. They told me that they didn't have sample packs and couldn't help me, even though I know they do have sample packs, since that's what they send you home in after your appointment. Not only were they extremely unhelpful, but the secretary that I spoke with continued to laugh and chat with people in the background while talking to me. Would not recommend this location and certainly will not be going back.

My family started going here when it was Pearle Vision. We have watched it change from Pearle Vision to Penn Optical now Optical Fare. We have had some issues but not to where they weren't resolved. Mrs. Selena and Mrs. Nancy are the best.

Very unprofessional! Got exam done took two weeks to get glasses and when I went to pick them up they had wrong prescription. Could not see a lick. Reordered glasses and took 2 more weeks. They need customer service training 101. They are rude, one dressed like see is at a cookout, one dress like she's at a night club and the other one dressed like she is a hooker. Office is dirty. Glasses just thrown in cases. Had to ask for a case for the glasses I had just brought. They prices are reasonable but the service has a lot to be desired.

The Doctors was great ,however the assistant was less than honest with me about all the extras the doctor suggested. He did not tell me that they were optional.Costing me way more than neccasary. I will be taking my business else where next time.

They rush you to pick your frames and are not very helpful,knowledgeable or friendly. Would not recommend this store in (eastpoint mall).
