Very friendly staff, but...they double book appointments, which I find very disappointing. We had an appointment for 9:00. Dr Flemke was 15 minutes late getting in and there was another client who also had a 9:00 appointment whom he took at 9:20. So he started his day more than 20 minutes late. That would have made us, the 2nd 9:00 appointment, about 45 minutes late. This is just rude behavior. No apologies. No follow up. I guess they have enough clients where they feel like than can treat people with such disregard.

The staff at Maas Opticians Inc, is amazing. They are friendly, professional, and experts in prescribing, fitting and repairing glasses. Their selection of frames is outstanding and as a patron for more than 25 years, I give them the highest rating possible.

I would like to express my appreciation to the staff at Maas Opticians, they are such kind hearted people. I first wanted to get the quote for my broken sunglasses (need to find a right screw), then decide. But the lady told me that it shouldn’t be expensive then took it into the other room. A few minutes later, she brought the fixed sunglasses to me. I was amazed by how fast they are and when I asked the prices, she said it was free. I was speechless, when I asked again, she said same thing. One good thing deserves another, I will definitely introduce this shop to my friends. I still remember in the end, she smiled and said “Sweetie, you have a nice day” <3
