My husband and brother have both purchased glasses from here. I walked in yesterday to ask if they could kindly tighten my glasses (which weren't purchased from here), and she flatly replied, "I won't be able to help you with those glasses", and immediately proceeded to talk on the phone. Useless place with no sense of customer service. Needless to say, they have lost my husband and brother as customers.

The Chevy Chase, MD store offers excellent after sale customer support. I lost one of the nose pads and they quickly sent me a pair by mail free of charge. Now my Mykita glasses are as good as new. Thank you!

This is a great place. They have a fantastic location right next to the metro and bus stops in friendship heights. My experience with them was very positive. When my glasses were ready, they called me and even stayed after their closing time to give me time to get them adjusted to my liking. Their optometrist was meticulous as well. Highly recommended.

Very accommodating! Had frames from old glasses that I wanted to keep, and even though they didn't carry that brand, they still customized lenses to fit the frames. I also needed screws on sunglasses to be tightened and they took care of that without hesitation. Great job!
