The first pair of eyeglasses they made for me hurt my eyes and gave me headaches. They kindly offered to remeasure and recut the lenses for free. Those were bad too. They then made a third pair, and it was still bad, so I gave up and left, $300 poorer and still needing eyeglasses. All the salespeople are friendly and professional, the store is well organized, they have helpful policies, and everything about the store is good in that sense. And yet, if an eyeglasses store can't give you a functional pair of eyeglasses, does any of that matter?

This is a great place! I went there for both an eye exam and a pair of new glasses and had a fantastic experience! I insisted on chosing a pair of glasses without nose pieces but later on found out that the lengths kept on touching my eye leads so I went back for an adjustment, but it still didn't work well, so I went back for another adjustment, and they helped me make a new pair of glasses with nose pieces for free! It turns out great! They said that it was their responsibility to help me make the best choice so it was their fault that I didn't make the best choice in the beginning. Two thumbs up for the attitude and the great service they have!

Came for safety glasses prescription payed by my employer. I had a prescription from my eye Dr so all I needed was to choose a frame and for them to take measurements. They told me they'll call me once they get the order back. I called after 3 weeks and was told they did not get the glasses yet from 3M (the manufacturer of the safety glasses). Waited another two weeks. Was told again to wait. This time I asked them to follow up and see if there was any problem. They just gave me 3M 1-1800 number and it seems so natural for them that I should be calling... I called 3M - the rep was very nice and tried to locate my order by my name, the store from where the order was faxed, the company I work for, etc. Guess what? My order was never faxed to them. GREAT CUSTOMER service ! Telling me to wait while they probably did not do their part. Waiting for them to find my order. I assure you that if this is how they treat customers - I'm staying away.

After visiting 6 stores, I was fortunate to find Eyeland Eye Care Center in Rockville. MD. I was greeted by Yelena, Optician Manager and her staff. The vast selection of eyeglasses was very impressive. Yelena's unlimited patience as I tried to find the right pair was so helpful. It was evident that she really cared and did everything to ensure that I was completely happy with my selection. I love my new Gucci glasses. This has been the best shopping experience. Yelena is 'awesome'!!!

Amazing selection of top designer frames (Prada, Gucci, Dior, Tom Ford etc.) I purchased a package via groupon. They were able to accommodate appointments quick. The eye exam was thorough, and educating, come to find out I really didn't even need a new script but it was the tweaking of my glasses that helped. The girl who helped me at the counter was EXCEPTIONALLY nice- great spot. Highly recommend, and huge free parking lot.

AMAZING SERVICE! ask for YELENA when your there! She was working with myself and another patient at the same time and handled it like a champ! I love my glasses she helped me pick and she even got me a great price on putting new lenses in my old frames! YELENA is AMAZING! I came across Eyeland, Rockville, several years ago when I needed to upgrade my work safety glasses. At that time I acquired a pair of regular glasses and have never been anywhere else since. The service is professional and yet very warm. They make suggestions without seeming to be marketing a product.
