The people who work here are so helpful. After a mishap involving a computer and my glasses last night I was left with a broken off arm and a lot of bending. I've never broken my glasses before, so I came in here for advice on what to do. They ended up fixing them for me for free. I'm really happy that they were able to help me out so quickly and had the knowledge to do what I definitely wouldn't have been able to do with those eyeglass repair kits. Thank you!

This is the 2nd time I have come to this store and I must say I continue to be very happy with their customer service and attention to detail. They are friendly and even though they are always busy, they have enough people on hand to get to you quickly. If you are in need of new glasses or repairs to existing ones, I recommend you go here first.

Ask for Joel to assist you. He knows what he is doing and he pays attention to detail. Generally the service is very helpful and friendly but some of the assistants are NOT through, which results in multiple visits. Prices are on the high side but it is worth it for their level of service. They standby their workmanship. They also do NOT accept insurance. So you will need to file a claim separately.

I purchased the most expensive glasses I've ever worn from this store, and have had nothing but problems with the frames since I purchased them. The lenses cracked within 6 months and Apex told me that they had cracked because the lenses were not cut thick enough. They replaced them. Less than 6 months later, I have the same problem, and Apex will do nothing to fix the problem. Their "warranty" is worthless.

I have bought glasses at apex for years. The service is excellent. Finding the right frames can be a challenge but Apex has a high quality selection. Although there are several nice staff, Marco is outstanding. He always finds a solution to any problem.

I have been going to Apex since I was super young and in grade school. Ricky and the crew there have been nothing but the best. Now I'm 28 and I still can't find a glasses shop better than Apex. At Apex, it feels like family. I'll keep coming back.
