Lovely sales associates at this location! Very friendly and helpful at picking out frames. Overall pleasant experience at this store. Also, the lighting is really nice which is great for trying things on even if they're just glasses.

Excellent customer service. More than one of the service clerks at Warby Parker took the time to help me select frames that I felt comfortable in. I left with two great glasses for less than the price that I paid for my older pair. I often speak highly of this company whenever the topic of eye glasses comes up in conversation.

I am so happy to see a warby parker store in New Orleans especially since New Orleans is late to receive alot of new things. The store is the best frame setup its all frames on all the walls. I was helped by an awesome employee named sean. Although i typically dont like being bothered when i shop he was very helpful. If you aren't familiar with warby parker but have had trouble finding glasses at the eye doctor do yourself a favor come here. I have never found so many different styles of frames i love at one place. Note: this is not an eye doctor only a frame store, so your prescription frames get shipped to your house, they dont have a lab but i hope they get one.

(Are higher) The crystals (not) were placed opaque after 4 months of use. The edge of the frame sunglasses broke like a paper. (Supposedly it was skin). I feel like I ripped off. I really wanted to like Warby Parker but I cannot. After driving to the Warby Parker Frame Studio in New Orleans from Baton Rouge, I was excited to buy glasses here. I picked-out a pair that I liked, only to find-out that they don't make lenses with prism stronger than 6 Total (3 per eye). That information was no where to be found on their website. I was also dissatisfied with the inconvenient, unsafe street parking on Magazine St. and the lack of a restroom for customers. Very disappointed.

Glasses seemed at first to be a good value. The in-store experience was good. The glasses were made with the wrong color flash on the lenses. They quickly offered to re-make them in the correct color. When the correct color arrived (silver flash), they did not look as silver as the ones in the store. It was $50 to add the silver flash. The screws were also a little loose and they did not fit as well. They offered to make them a third time, but we chose not to deal with it.

About like Costco No better. Same lack of interest in fitting. Can't be bothered. This is a product of company policy to do the least amount possible to fit. See if you can get them out of the door without lifting a finger. Walmart at least lets you sit down. This has to be done standing. Selection about the Costco-Walmart level. Stick to your local provider.and by the way no cheaper.

I love my glasses from here. The whole purchase process was super quick and easy. However, they never called me when they came into the store like they said the would so after a few weeks I finally called and asked where they were and they had them there for 2 weeks and didn't bother to contact me. So that was annoying. Also, their lens' are not scratch resistant. I have 3 pairs from here all are the exact same pair and one I only wear for reading and they never come out of their case unless they're on my face and my face is in a book, the second pair is my everyday, all day pair and the third is my backup pair that I have never put on. Both the pairs I wear have Knicks and scratches all over them. Even the reading pair which barely get used. So I'm not sure if the case they came in is doing it or what but they're only a month old. The everyday pair is only 2 months old and they're either in their case or they're on my face. I never set them down or take them off without putting them right back in their case. I am a psycho about taking care of my glasses... And the scratches aren't like... Huge or deep they're just tiny little Knicks all over both pairs. I have the lens cleaner and cloths from here too and honestly Its the worst cleaner I've ever used and the cloths suck too but I'm pretty sure your cloths, cleaner or cases are scratching up these glasses. you can tell that the glasses aren't damaged or worn out and that the scratches aren't from normal wear and tear.. it's almost like a pattern. The scratches on both of my pairs are almost identical. Idk. My husband has some glasses from Costco and they have the scratch resistant, anti glare lens' and I have seen him drop and kick his glasses on cement and there is not one scratch on his. He beats the hell out of his glasses and his lens' look better than mine. I just find that weird and misleading. That's all.
