This doctor separated a service animal from their person today because she was afraid of dogs! Unacceptable and she knew it! She pressured my daughter into moving the service dog into a different room during the examination, she told her (and me) she would not continue the appointment if the dog was not moved. She didnt have any regard for what a service dog is only that she was afraid of dogs. I understand a fear of dogs but she still had no right to state she would not continue with the appt if the service dog was not removed. From US Dept of Justice, Civil RIghts/Disability Division "The service animal must be permitted to accompany the individual with a disability to all areas of the facility where customers are normally allowed to go." "Refusing service and/or being rude to a service Dog and handler is not only unprofessional behavior, but it is illegal at both state and federal levels." Not a good business decision!

Poor service !!!! I wish that i didn't have to put a posative star rating here just to write a review... After getting my new glasses , i wasnt satisfied with the clarity for my distance view or the fit of the frames..... I was told to wait two weeks for getting used to the new perscription.. I waited the two weeks frames are sliding down my face and vision for distance hasn't gotten better .. Optimitrist ordered new perscription, now they tell me i have to wait 7-10 days for new lenses.. I informed them i am leaving the area next saturday and need them by friday the latest .. The tell me that they can't guarantee the delivery ...but that i could go to lense crafters and pay more to get it done sooner.... Not satisfied at all !!!!

Went in to see Dr. Yuhui Zhu. I justed wanted colored contact lenses. She was so kind and I had so much fun with her. She was very generous with trying samples, suggestions and put me at ease. Other places are over priced! I paid out of pocket. She took very good care of me!! Will recommend to family and friends

I had expert vision care all around. Everone was extremely knowledgable about vision, frames, lenses etc. Plus I work at this Wal-Mart and the convenience is priceless.

So, i went in a couple min late due to traffic. The 2 ladies at the main desk I liked. But then i went into the office and saw the doctor... the doctor did not understand a word i was saying nor i did i understand her, then she made me blow up my mothers phone while my mother was at work so they could get the last 4 of her social for insurance, after that she just jept screaming not to forget my moms social # and the last 4 of my moms social, then she almost smacked my head with a drawer, I've also worn glasses my whole life so I know how eye appts are and its not just reading stuff off a board then asking if these lens are okay... Then the gentleman who was cashing me out just seemed like he did not care and was down right depressed and just rushing... I haven't even gotten my glasses yet and I already decided after this I won't be returning.

Dr. Zhu examined my husband’s eyes today. She was very friendly, did a thorough exam and went out of her way to check for Medicare coverage. We really appreciate her care very much!

I always think it's crazy when you have to flip back in forth between those lenses 1 or 2, etc but today was the first time in all the years I've worn glasses that the end result was amazing. She flipped the last card and asked how is that? I even let out a wow or woah. Lol Cause it was so perfect and so clear!! I can't wait for my glasses to come!! Very friendly, and organized!!
