Was not impressed with the attentiveness of the OD who did not even bother to dilate my eyes (something I’ve had done at every annual before) and seemed more interested in getting the appointment over with so he could go back to his computer at his little desk. Front desk staff acted irritated when I asked for a copy of my prescription and receipt so I could shop elsewhere after they gave me unsolicited overpriced quote. Would not recommend if you’re looking for quality care and getting the most out of your benefits over quickness.

I like them. The front desk people were nice and the doctor was great. I had to bring my 2 year old with me and everyone was very welcoming of it.

Everybody was super nice and helpful! The lady at the desk (sorry, I didn't catch names) walked around with me for several minutes looking at frames, making sure I tried on some silly ones, too. Definitely my best experience getting new glasses! Even the layout was excellent, unlike those offices where they say "take two lefts and go through the door marked 'no exit' to get out." That was super important considering I couldn't really see. 10/10 will visit again.

We were 45 minutes late and they were understanding and friendly. They still fit both of my daughters in. The doctor was very informative and educated my daughter on contact hygiene and safety. The ladies at the desk were very helpful in finding right frames and also ordering contacts.

Walked around for nearly 10 minutes, nobody in sight, another customer walked in, a woman walks out from the back and just starts helping the customer that just walked in, I can just imagine the nightmare it would be to do business with them
