No star would be given if it wasn't needed to be able to post. I've been to this place several times before for myself and my kids and had a good experience. Today I had an appointment and called to make sure my new insurance was covered, I was put on hold and had the pleasure of speaking to Rude Renee. She answered with an attitude saying I told them I still had the same insurance when I didn't or I wouldn't have been calling back to make sure I was covered. She goes on and on until she finally received the same attitude she was giving. I'd never go there again and never refer anyone there, especially if they have to come in contact with Rude Renee. Talking about mess up my whole day. I will gladly spend my money with people that knows how to talk to their patients.

The absolute best in the business! They are so quick and so helpful. The staff are the most kind and caring people. The owner is in at any given time and she is a terrific lady too. They have an excellent program to help you out if you are down on your luck too. They can even offer same day service and a wide selection of great looking frames. The nice ladies will even help you pick out your new frames if you like. There really is no place quite like Saint Optical. Great place for eye care and your optical needs. Paul the optician is terrific and knows his stuff. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with my glasses and frames. They have an excellent selection in frames, sunglasses as well as accessories. It is a jewel of a place. Friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff make it the best.

The staff is friendly. However, my insurance covered my exam and most of the cost of my contacts. Saint Optical charges the customer a $110 contact fitting fee when they do absolutely NOTHING to "fit" you. I was brought in a room and given the contacts that I needed to put in my eyes. That took all of 2-3 minutes. Then I was walked to the front counter where I was informed of this fitting fee AFTER it was already applied to my bill. It's just an absurd way for them to make money off of the customer. I will not be a returning customer.
