Love going to Ochsner Vision Center. They are so helpful. They help you find the right frames for your face and for the right price. So i don't feel like i am paying too much. They are also great at fixing glasses. I have been there three times and they fixed my glasses! Thank you!

Joanne helped me purchase lenses with my new prescription for two of my existing frames. She recommended the Varilux X progressive lenses and polarized mirror lenses for sunglasses as my second free pair during their BOGO promotion. These lenses are truly amazing with excellent high-definition clarity! I was also able to use my flexible health spending account to pay for the lenses. Highly recommended with friendly and knowledgeable service!

winter storm

I told the tech my vision was not clear with the new glasses. She made no attempt to adjust the "arms" on the glasses which were clearly not even. She just said to me to give it a week for my eyes to adjust. I took the glasses to St Charles Vision and the tech adjusted the "Arms" and I can see out of them now. Maybe the tech at Ochsner was new, but I was very disappointed with the service. I paid over $300. 00 for these glasses.

Last month, I submitted two comment cards about the two young ladies who have assisted me in the Pharmacy/Contacts dept in Ophalmology office. Sadly, the young ladies haven't heard about my comments. These two ladies, Brionne S. and Kelsey W. have been so professional and attentive to details. Just today, I had to stop by to pick up contacts that were changed, and they greeted me and noticed my trouble eye from my last visit was as red as a previous visit. Brionne asked if I just came from seeing tDr. Huff. I mentioned it's been a week and a few days. I asked Kelsey a question about my new contacts. She replied by saying she would be back and returned with Dr Huff's nurse who walked me to the back...and I've made it home, eyes flushed, using meds and my eye is clearing. Brionce S. and Miss Kelsey W. are our future young professionals whose kudos and bravos should be applauded. Thank you Oschner Jefferson for putting them close by my new Ophtalmologist, Dr Huff.
