The lifetime warranty on wear-and-tear helps ease my mind when I'm out and about, and makes these special glasses well worth the money. I can't what to see what they put out next so I can visit the beautiful, open, clean shop in the quarter and further support local design and business

My girlfriend (now fiance) visit NOLA every year for Jazz Fest. In 2017 we discovered KREWE while roaming the streets. Instantly we were struck by the store's crisp white walls and artistic minimalist interior design. Next came the sunglasses. I've never seen glasses so artistically and meticulously designed. We were immediately taken with the vibe of the store but more importantly the shades. We both bought a pair and LOVED them. They are still like brand new to this day, which speaks to their build quality. I bought the Gravier and get a lot of compliments on them. This year, we bought some KREWE's again. I got the Franklin's and I have to say, they are my new favorite sunglasses. I own Maui's, Ray Bans and now KREWE. We will continue to support this company for years to come. They capture NOLA's playful yet commanding vibe with ease. If you subscribe to the ideology that price point should reflect quality, you would understand that these sunglasses are well worth it. Now with a lifetime warranty, there's no reason not to indulge. Right on

Shopping at Krewe is too much fun. I felt like I was hanging out in my best friends closet, drinking Frozen Rose and being handed all the things I need to try on. Cassandra creates an atmosphere that you don't want to leave even after you've selected your frames (plus when I was there she was wearing a pom pom headdress topping off an epic outfit - proof for your need to heed her style advice!). I did - finally - leave with an Irma frame that I am beyond happily wearing everyday. Plus, Beyonce has a pair. Can't wait to shop here again!

My experience was so excellent that I felt compelled to write a review. At the last minute I decided to order sunglasses for my daughter-in-law as a birthday present. I did this on a Wednesday evening and paid for the overnight shipping. They were leaving for their honeymoon on Friday evening so the sunglasses had to get there by Friday during the day. I called Krewe on Thursday morning just to make sure they would get there in time. The person who helped me couldn't have been any more helpful. She was courteous, professional and gave me confidence that I was in good hands. She was right. They arrived on Friday at noon and my daughter-in-law was in love with the sunglasses. So she left for her honeymoon with a great birthday present.

So my gf has a decent job and doesn't really care as much as I do that she wasn't able to return her 300 dollar pair of eye glasses. So I'm writing a review on her behalf. When the glasses arrived in the mail, upon first look, she noticed right away that they were a different color than the site and she was displeased. She didn't want her money back, she simply wanted the ones she ordered. Apparently they only accept returns within 7 days and after that...they are yours forever. So right away she emailed about sending back, they kept leading her on telling her she had to speak with the return representative and in no time it was already past 7 days. She is now stuck with these glasses and doesn't use them at all, they in mint condition and she tried them on a single time, out back in the box with no smudges or scratches at all. Just not good customer service in my opinion, would not recommend this company.

Absolutely LOVE Krewe! Their product is unique and honestly looks good on everyone! I ordered 6 pairs for my groomsmen and they all love them (their girlfriends love them too). Cassandra in particular is the absolute BEST!! She is so kind and helpful. Her team even threw in some totes with our order and when my fiancé and I came down to NOLA from NY she gave us a mini party in the store. Could not recommend Krewe enough - the product, store, team, and quality are all top notch.

Krewe by far are the best sunglasses I own at the moment. The quality, design, and style are so much better than most other eyewear brands. My only reason for giving a 3 star review is there stores customer service and the customer relations teams disconnect from policy. In May of this year I went to shop the sample sale and was told beforehand the gift card I had would work. When I arrived I was informed gift cards would not be accepted. This would not have been a problem except for the fact that no one attempted to help or even really just apologize about the miscommunication.

I was visiting New Orleans last weekend and went into Krewe with a girlfriend who is a regular customer. I bought a pair of sunglasses and I have to say that I absolutely LOVE them. I have a sensitive nose and can only wear glasses with nose pads and the pads on the Krewe glasses are by far better than any other brand. I will definitely be ordering more (if I don't make it back to the store itself)

I have multiple pairs of Tom Ford, Oliver Peoples, Burberry etc. I moved to New Orleans in February and this brand was all the rave. I bought two pairs of glasses and one sunglass. They are hands down without a doubt the worst quality glasses I've ever owned. They are A+ design and F- durability. The kid has lost his mind pricing these flimsy glasses at the luxury price level. They bend (significantly) with the slightest bump. The paint literally started chipping off one pair within three weeks of me owning them. They would be a great option as a cheap change of pace eyeglass but they are far from cheap. The optics ran about $650 out the door each. My mistake for investing so heavily in an unproven product. Would not be interested in buying anymore at any price point until quality is significantly enhanced.

I love my sunglasses (I have a few pairs) but recently bought two pairs of optical frames and had such a positive experience. They fitted me in the store and filled my prescription (for free) in just a couple of days. The store associates were so knowledgeable, friendly and hospitable. I’ve since been back to have my glasses cleaned and adjusted and was offered a glass of frosé while I waited. Great product and outstanding customer service

Customer Service is horrible. I have been on the phone for two hours and can not reach anyone and the voice mail message is basically non-existent - call it and hear for yourself. Nice glasses, although you have to wait forever, but trying to get through is a nightmare. For this price - customer service should be first and foremost.
