The folks at Duncan are true professionals. From helping you find the right frames to follow up service --- they are the best I've ever seen. They have repaired my glasses on several occasions and replaced a lens all at no charge. I would not consider purchasing glasses from anyone else.

Duncan Optical does a great job helping pick out the perfect frames for your face. They have a wide selection of shapes, colors, designers... The employees there have a keen eye for what frames will look best on your face. Always a pleasure working with them.

If it was possible to give less than a one on a review I would! The person who was a male gave a nasty like answer to my question. He didn't know me from anyone else. But if he owns the establishment, then he can get away with it. But if he doesn't then I suggest that he get some customer service training classes. But for the most part I shop in that area and like to keep all the places I shop in a small circle. I will NEVER set foot in that door again and I WILL pass the word around.

The owners were incredibly helpful, and spent over half an hour personally helping me pick out glasses that went well with my face shape and browline. They were very patient and courteous - it was a much different experience than I'm used to in other stores.

Duncan Optical may be a little more pricey than some but well worth it. They use a digital progressive lenses technology and are able to take a tracing of your frames so that if you only want to replace the lenses you don't have to be without your glasses for over a week. When I came in with my bent frames, they immediately fixed them and remeasured to get the best placement for the gradations of my lenses. When I picked them up they gave me careful instructions on cleaning them. They were also quite knowledgeable about how one might expect to adjust to a new prescription and were very helpful to me in this. They were professional, courteous and personable. I would give them 6 stars if I could!
