Selection and appointments are fine, but the staff is often dismissive, pretentious and rude. They will treat you like an idiot for asking a single question, and often just tell you do do something yourself rather than help you.

The annual sales event every March is FANTASTIC with tremendous savings...I've been a patient/client of Korrect Optical for at least eight (8) years or more. The staff is helpful, courteous and professional. Korrect Optical is tops in my opinion. Stop in and visit.

My boyfriend who is a Navy Veteran got his glasses through the VA and received his glassrs through the Korrect Optical store on Dupont Circle.We were not made to feel welcome in the store at all when we stopped by to have his glasses repaired on the 24/Sept./2015 at 4:50 PM .We were told to sign in and wait in the waiting area which we did.While we were waiting we saw the employee call up and wait on a woman that had come in after we did.After she finished waiting on her she looked around the lobby to see if there was anyone else she could wait on before she reluctantly called my boyfriend up.Once up there she got really snotty with him telling him she could not find his name on the "list" she told him that he had to take the glasses back to where he got them.He explained that he got the glasses at the Korrect Optical where we are.She didn't pay any bit of attention and repeated two more times that he needed to take the glasses back to where he got them (this store).We got mad and left.If this is the way they are going to treat the Veterans when they come in to get their glasses repaired maybe they should lose the VA contract they have.My boyfriend feels like he was mistreated because he is a veteran and Japanese American

VERY VERY BAD PROMISED ME MY GLASSES IN 3 WEEKS AND RECIEVED THEM IN 7 WEEKS. I ASKED FOR A COMPLAINT FORM AND WAS TOLD THEY DIDN'T HAVE THAT SERVICE AVAILABLE,SO I ASKED FOR THE PHONE# OF THE HOME OFFICE AND WAS REFUSED, SO HERE I AM COMPLAINING FOR ALL TO SEE SINCE THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE VETERNS HOSPITLAL IN FRESNO CA.I WONDER IF THEY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO BE IN BUSINESS IN A FEDERAL BUILDING UNDER THE GUISE OF BEING AN OFFICAL VETERENS OPTICAL SHOP GETTING ALL THE BUSSINESS FROM VETERNS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC WITH THE ABSENCE OF STATE SALES TAX. I WONDER HOW LEGAL THIS IS? I AM GOING TO PUT AN OFFICAL COMPLAINT IN WITH A COMPLAINT AGENCY, THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A SIMPLE COMPLAINT FORM OR THE PHONE # OF THE MAIN OFFICE.

Went to Korrect opticial yesterday had an apointment. The staff was great. Great prices. All the employees were friendly. Associate assisteted an elderly patient waiting for tarc 3 very pleasant.

There is a gross neglagance within the lab that is bewildering to me. The only saving grace with this company is that the customer service managers are extremely helpful and polite and truely want to make things right. That is their job. On the lab side of things there is an obvious defect in personnel competence. I have been trying to get a good set of glasses since December 2018 for my distance glasses and since June last year for my safety glasses. To be fair my safety glasses started off with the wrong prescription. And in January that continued to be the problem because of the VA. Once the prescription was worked out there was a matter once of the lab using the older prescription. The other 6-7 times between both pairs it was a matter of the wrong cut in the lenses or scratches on the lenses or bent frames. THE faults honestly are too many to list...this last set of "safety glasses" (4th pair)came to me completely "fubar" I'll let the pictures do the talking. I waited a month to get this last set. Im promised I will have a good set by this Friday inspected by the lab manager (again). It's funny that was the only way I could get a good pair of distance glasses too. After the first (actually 3rd) and the second pair (actually 4th) of thoes were supposed to be inspected every step by the supervisor. The VA Veterans deserve much better than this. I can only imagine the amount of remakes this lab has to do on a daily basis. A favorite quote I've told my Airmen, "if you can't find time to do it RIGHT the first time, how will you find the time to do it RIGHT the second time?" I've seen reviews by employees that complain about working for this company. It needs to be fixed within. Starting with better training and more pride in making a good product. Get to work managers.

I'm a guy with long hair and get treated like crap just about everywhere I go around Ky. These people were courteous, respectful and even fixed an old pair of wraparound ray ban temples for me for free. No complaints here. I would recommend and will return should the need arise.

The first eye doctor and optical business where I can actually get in and out in under an hour. Dr. Summers has always been on time and courteous. I have had some nightmares at other chain eye stores, waiting for hours to get an exam and some contacts but at Korrect everything has been quick and smooth. I recently had an updated prescription that wasn't working out for me too well, I called and Dr. Summers adjusted it and ordered a new trial pair of contacts within a matter of days. Love this place!

My wife and I have been going here for years and Dr. Summers has been great. Only one issue in the many years was on a contact lens order but was fixed immediately. If we were all perfect, there would not be a need for a review, right? It is how a company responds to a issue is what makes that company special. They came back to me after the issue and made it right! I also had to look at Myself to see what I could have done to make sure things I expect to happen do occur as expected. How many times do you get to write on a review line of an issue being handled which made you feel even better about the company you are dealing with? I can! Thanks Dr. Summers.
