Fast, friendly, and thorough. Early or on time, you're seen almost immediately, and the care is very personal and caring. I've counted on Jarvis Vision Center for the last 3 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. My only complaint might be that the selection at this location is very limited. If you have somewhat avant garde style, you may want to look elsewhere as you'll find only the most popular and conservative styles at this location. One star deducted for variety. A Keurig is located in the waiting room and the seating is comfortable. Jarvis will repair your glasses twice in a 2 year period if they're ever damaged, free of charge.

Dr. Jarvis is fantastic and explains everything to me. He asks the right questions and is extremely efficient and knowledgeable at his practice. I've also never met an unfriendly staff member during a visit. The sales people for the lenses and frames are not pushy and make me feel comfortable. They really try to get the best deal for you, too, depending on your budget and preferences. Always a great, relaxed experience to work with the Jarvis Vision team!

When I was having an emergency and was unable to see my normal eyecare provider, Jarvis Vision Center got me in quickly and without question. The staff was super friendly and understanding about my light sensitivity. Dr. Jarvis explained my condition in a way that was understandable but, at the same time, not "dumbed-down" (I've had many doctors either not explain things at all or do so in a way that made me feel like an idiot). They also have office hours that fit around my work schedule, which is an added bonus. I'll definitely be going back!

I was well taken care of at the Jarvis Eye Clinic. Everyone was friendly and good to me. Everything that was done was thoroughly explained to me, and I was encouraged to ask questions. Dr. Jarvis was very considerate and thorough while making sure I would end up seeing better with his eye glass prescription. In the eye glass boutique the young lady who helped me did a superb job. When I told her I would like to reuse the frames I love she took measurements of them and ordered the lenses to fit them so I could keep them while waiting for the new lenses. She also adjusted my glasses so they felt much more comfortable. I was thrilled with my experience there.
