I was traveling in the Lexington area for business and I happened to loose one of my contact lenses. I googled local eye doctors and found Ditto and Musick. I asked them for help and they quickly received a fax for my prescription from my North Carolina eye Doctor and they gave me two contacts to get me back home, they didn't charge me a dime. The office was very professional and clean. They were very attentive as well, in and out in 10 minutes. I couldn't be more appreciative of their help.

Wish I could give them a better review but i had too many issues dealing with them. First, their frames are cheap (more so in quality than price). I had a pair break after 1 year even though they were suppose to be flex frames. No, I do not abuse my glasses. In comparison my older frames I purchased from a well know business in Lexington are still going strong even though they are 3 years older than the ones I purchased from this business. My second complaint is when I purchased my last pair of glasses I paid extra to get the scratch coating applied. I had some nicks and scratches on them so i returned them only to find out I was 1 week out of the 2 year warrantee. So I assume ALL those scratches happened in the previous 7 days... Sorry, I paid too much for this lower quality of service. I learned my lesson and went back to my old business where they know how to provide true customer service for life...

Doctors are wonderful here been going here since my children was little and will continue!! Only down fall is there is not a lot of choices of frames for Medicaid patients!!

Dr. Kroggel was very nice. She took time to explain everything to me. Very knowledgeable. Everyone else was nice as well, especially the ladies that help you with picking out your glasses. They were professional yet we joked around. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ditto is far and away the best optometrist I have ever been to. Some doctors try to get you in and out the door as fast possible. Not Dr. Ditto! He takes his time to listen to my concerns and answers all my questions about my eye care. He is also one of the friendliest people I know. I never have to worry about ordering contacts as his staff makes it a very simple process! I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
