This was the best glasses place we’ve ever seen. It looks like a small building at first, but there is the BIGGEST glasses selection I’ve ever seen at a store; every shape and size is available. The glasses are all designer glasses, and come at AMAZING prices and discounts. I got mine at 90% off. The man there is very vigilant and helpful. He is honestly trying to find the best pair for you. After I picked out my glasses, he put in my lenses and fit them in under half an hour! I would look no further. Incredible! Five stars! EXCELLENT DESIGNER BRANDS! PHENOMENAL SERVICE!

Extremely long story made short, they lost the glasses I took back because the lenses were cut wrong. Absolutely would not accept any responsibility for the error or losing them. Straight up lied about calling me "several times". No integrity whatsoever. Still no glasses, still no call. If the company feels a need to respond to my review, maybe someone should find my glasses and get them to me first so the response can be positive. If the employee was telling any truth whatsoever, he will know how to reach me. Update 11/13/2018: I did NOT order from U.S. Safety; my review is exactly where it needs to be. I appreciate your taking the time to respond to my review and personally demonstrating that the lack of integrity goes straight to the top in this company.

Absolutely, hands down the WORST experience ever! I ordered glasses, had trouble with the lenses, took them back and it's been eight weeks without my glasses. The customer service is terrible. They've lost my number literally every single time I've given it to them, they can't find my prescription, they broke my frames, you name it they've done it. I called back every single week to get an update and I had to explain my problem every single time. Save your money and just go somewhere else.

My first visit was today on my lunch hour. There was one other customer in the place besides me which the employee was helping. I understand the employee can't drop everything to assist me but he could have said "hello, I will be happy to assist you in minute" or even just "hello". It's a small place so it wasn't like he didn't see me. I stood around for about 10 or 15 minutes and looked at some frames and finally left.
