Their selection of frames is only surpassed by their customer service. Not only do they have an almost overwhelming selection of glasses at Romanelli, they spent well over an hour helping me select the perfect pair. This, I assure you, was no easy task. I had recently lost a pair of glasses that I LOVED and had owned for several years. I had already been to half a dozen stores with no luck. The guys at Romanelli picked out several pairs that matched my description and helped me painstakingly decide which pair looked best. The glasses were not inexpensive, but they look great. I ended up leaving with a new pair of glasses and sunglasses. To top it all off, when I had an issue my perscription changing, they helped me get my lenses changed virtually pain-free. I would highly recommend Romanelli to friends and family (and have!).

You will pay over 50% suggested retail price here for the same exact frames you'd find through the web. Very unfriendly staff, they are on the phone while customers are shopping and offer little to no help. You simply would be better off shopping for frames online, as you'll save time and TONS of money. Donate the difference to a local charity.

Very unhelpful & unfriendly opticians. Not willing to show multiple frames without glancing at each other back there in annoyance that I wanted to see many options. I was about to spend almost $1000 there. My gut said walk out. Glad I did.
