Had a great first experience with the entire staff at Krannawitter Eye Care this week. They really took the extra steps to make me feel comfortable and welcome - It felt like they had known me forever! They were incredibly kind and helpful with my glasses choices and I never felt like they were trying to "up-sell" me things I didn't need (which has been my experience at other eye care centers). My family and I look forward to building a long-term relationship with Dr. Krannawitter and her staff!

I have used Dr. Lea Krannawitter for over 10 years. She is very friendly and the hours are flexible which is always a bonus for working families. Now I have started taking my children there and she was very great with my 5 y/o son, she made him very comfortable and included him in his bigger brothers exam. The Best! The gal that helped with initial asseents was such a dear. Dr. K is always kind and explains what’s going on. She doesn’t pressure you to do more and buy more. Beth is a Gem! She gets to know you and your style and is very helpful to help you stay on budget. She is also incredible fun to shop with. She is kind, patient, and personable! She knows i want my husbands opinion via text pic and she tries the frames on so i czn see what they look like on others. She is the reason i continue to go there. We moved and i could find a closer office but the team there is amazing!

Dr. Krannawitter was great with my kiddos. She engaged with them and got my five-year-old excited about wearing glasses. She had a great kids selection and we chose the perfect pair (subtle black zebra stripes on the front with pink edges). The staff was all wonderful and provided excellent service (from helping us try on 1,000 frames to picking up and making final adjustments). Our family will definitely go back to Krannawitter Eye Care.

I was very happy with my visit last week. I have had my eye on a pair of Ray Ban glasses for quite some time, and happen to live just up the street and on a whim decided to pop in. Upon walking in, Tracy was so kind and a wonderful help in assisting me find the pair of glasses I was looking for. Not being a patient at the time, she spent a half hour discussing my glasses options and putting together a quote for me. I was blown away by how caring and helpful she was during my visit, and her assistance and the warm environment was what made me decide to become a new patient. I was pleasantly surprised to have been able to make an appointment for later in the week to get in to see the doctor. I feel very fortunate to have been in the mood for looking for glasses that Monday, because I could not be happier with my new optometrist. As silly as it sounds, the week flew by because I was so excited for my appointment on Friday afternoon! Not only is Dr. Krannawitter very intelligent, but she is very personable and made the visit very enjoyable. She thoroughly examined my vision and presented me with options for how I wanted to move forward with contact and glasses options. I left the clinic seeing a lot better and looking forward to my next visit! I will most definitely be referring the office in the future. All around, a wonderful experience!

My second year coming to Krannawitter Eye Care, and I'm still verr impressed. Dr. Lea is very thorough and doesn't rush your exam the way I've experienced other places. The staff are helpful and patient and will let you know all details of your coverage and prices. The frame selection is good, and they'll let you know when you have more special order options available. I am moving soon, but will drive out of my way to continue here.

When doing a procedure with a patient who has never had it done before, it should be common sense to stay in the room and monitor how they react or at the very least check up on them. After administering the eye drops to dilate my eyes (my first time to have this medicine) I fainted in the chair shortly after the the doctor (Lea Krannawitter) left the room, smacked my forehead against the machine next to me and awoke on the floor. After regaining my strength and consciousness I left the room to seek out someone to help me because the doctor never came back to check on me. When I later asked the doctor if fainting was normal, she said it happens sometimes. If there was even the slightest possibility a patient could faint, I think it would be obvious to have new patients monitored. This had been my second visit and I had previously really enjoyed the atmosphere. I love the glasses I'd gotten there and the staff was very friendly, but I'm not sure that can make up for this. I did send them my complaints and ask them to be more diligent with future patients, so if you decide to go hopefully they will have shaped up their practice.

I've always had a good experience with the office. Dr. Krannawitter patiently answers questions and explains things well. Her staff is equally excellent and competent, and they have been there for a while, so they know what they are doing, particularly about my insurance. Never had a problem with appointments - they are usually ready for me as soon as I get there. Finally, my experience with them is that they focus on helping, not selling. 5 stars.
