My 98 year old aunt said her classes were getting too loose. We didn't buy them at Gerry Optical, but I decided I'd try there to see if they could tighten them. The lady working there tightened them up and then brought them out to the car to fit them on her to make sure that they fit so I didn't have to get out the wheelchair to bring her in. Such wonderful service. I can highly recommend Gerry Optical.
