Took a frame in on a Tuesday after 3pm, had prescription lenses for my sunglasses by noon on Thursday of the same week.

Took a pair of glass in for repair. They repaired them while I waited. Will give my business to them in the future.

They are never there when you pick up your glasses. They said they were coming back from lunch at 12:45 and I waited for 30 min for them and decided to leave. They never showed.

saw they advertise having a lab and 24 hour pickup. went to look at frames and all they had were outdated wire frames for men. I asked the person working how long to get glasses when ordered was told 1 to 2 weeks. Talk about false advertising. Do not waste your time going to this place.
