I Don’t like it when employees keep eyes on you in suspicious way. Just keep following you wherever you go. They need to find a way to put scanners or something so they just don’t have to stare every customers. Disgusting

I bought 2 pair of sunglasses a month ago but one of them is already cracked and I did not drop or do anything bad to break it. I even protected like my pet because it's not cheap . I spent $340 for that pair and it's PRADA brand. I came to the store yesterday and they tell me to pay 50% of the price for a new one. Why would I have to pay almost $200 more for the same pair of sunglasses that I just wore in a month.

I have been waiting outside store now for 30 mins. The store is locked and Sign on door says "be back soon", not sure what that means, apparently more than a half hour though!
