We went to Russ' Optical in a minor crisis, health issue, not knowing anything about Russ' Optical. We had the doctor examine our son and then ordered glasses. The entire experience was professional, efficient, and VERY THOROUGH. We found Michelle extremely helpful, listening to us (instead of the normal "this is what you want") and offering very positive suggestions. We met the owner, Doug, and he too was extremely helpful. We were very pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend Russ' Optical.
