We have been very happy with Family EyeCare Center in Pella! I have gone there for a couple years now and have always been satisfied with the care I've received. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. My 4-year-old recently needed an eye exam, and they were so great with him!

Eye care with Dr. Kevin Jones is perhaps the best I've had: exams are clear, thorough, and my prescription is exact. Orders for contact lenses are fast and hassle-free. Other services, such as frame adjustments for glasses, have improved recently. One downside is that they aren't in all insurance networks, so prescription glasses won't be covered by all health plans.

Dr. Kevin Jones is amazing. I started seeing him 7 years ago with an eye condition that I couldn't get diagnosed elsewhere. He has since done the most thorough checks of my eyes annually. Just recently the same condition happened. It is symptomatic of a serious health condition. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I have gotten the care I needed. He could have simply said it was no longer his condition to manage. But he has made sure I was seen and taken care. I can't say enough about his care, the care and wonderful nature of his staff and my overall experience. I only wish there were more stars!!!

Drs. Kevin and Michelle have been taking great care of my families eyes for the past few years. It has always been a great experience at their office! Last year I had a cornea injury happen late one evening. We called them and my husband drove me to the clinic and Dr. Kevin met us there and treated my eye with great care. Family EyeCare Center has been very conscientious and thorough in working with us. I am pleased with the level of professionalism given with care over the past few years we have been going there. They do a good job of accessing any changes in our eye functions using a baseline and comparing to see if there is any changes that may require additional care. They explain everything and can show you their information, explaining in non-technical terms or explaining technical terms for clarity. I recommend them for anyone. I feel we have big time service in a small town environment with them.
