I recently had Laisik done to correct a very high near sighted prescription and also astigmatism in my left eye. I can now see great without contacts or glasses so I have been very pleased with the outcome. Dr. Petrie explained everything very well and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Virtually no downtime and only very minor discomfort which only lasted a few days. Highly Recommend!

They made me feel extremely comfortable and ensured I was taken care of and well informed throughout the whole process. The results speak for themselves, I woke up the next morning with 20/15 vision! I went to my 2-year appointment this morning. The eye clinic staff were very nice and helpful, and the building was very clean and quiet. The eye doctor even urged me a ton to get some glasses with my new prescription because they would be nice to have, even if they're needed infrequently.

My experience at Cedar Valley Eye Care (Waterloo) was not the best. The ladys at the front desk who are in charge of all things "contact" related were very rude and eager to be done with the conversation. They also talk in a very condescending manner. They called Department of human services on me because they don't answer the phones when you try and make a appointment. My daughter had eye surgery with Dr. Miller by the way treatment as if your stupid if you don't know their terms used and I've attended all my appointments, my daughter Adria Wilson, and I have had glasses with them and I decided after so many changes in glasses that I didn't want another pair. They told DHS MY DAUGHTER MIGHT GO BLIND BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET THE OTHER PAIR OF GLASSES BUT, MIND YOU THE GLASSES SHE'S HAD WERE NEVER A ISSUE AND WERE PERFECTLY FINE. THIS IS HARASSMENT. ALL PEOPLE HAVE A CHOICE AS TO WHAT DR THEY SEE AND IF THEY DO OR DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICES. PERIOD I'M HORRIFIED AT THIS IGNORANCE FROM THIS PLACE!

I showed up early to my appointment with Dr. Puk only to be told I would not be seen for at least 60 minutes later than my SCHEDULED time. This wouldn't have been an issue had they called me to let me know. Instead I left work early for no reason. Will now use this time to find another Dr
