Everyone at All About Eyes is extremely friendly. This was my first time at this business, and I was a little scared to be going somewhere new. I had asked many people at my job (I work retail) and everyone had nothing but nice things to say about All About Eyes. I was not lied too. The ladies that helped me pick out my frames let me take my time and also shopped around with me. I feel like we worked at it for a good 20 minutes. The Optometrist (eye doctor) was so nice and the conversation was not forced between us at all. I am a big talker, and everyone was able to keep conversation without it being awkward. Thank you so much for helping me! I have not had a new pair of glasses in like 5 years. The prices were so much better then the other place I used to go. Glasses can be costly, but they are important, so that why people should go to All About Eyes.

I had a great experience with All About Eyes early this month. It was so easy for them to get my prescription from my previous eye doctor and there was no pressure over what brand or type to buy. Randi was very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. It was such an easy process and one week later I had my brand new glasses. I will continue to get my glasses from here from now on!

The doctor is very patient and listens to our concerns. My entire family visits this place for eye exams and the ladies helping with glasses are equally amazing and customer oriented. If we have a problem with the frames or lens, they are very easy to work with and replace them as per their policy. Very upfront and never get upset or frustrated. Great place to do business with and very professional. We visited few times after we got the glasses and had to get them adjusted couple times, and had the lenses replaced. They handled all of our requests with no issues. Very pleased and will continue to go there. I highly recommend this place in SE Iowa.

The girl that waited on me was very helpful. I was there for the 2 pairs for $69.95 promotion. She showed me which glasses qualified for that deal, picked the frames that I liked the best and helped me to find another of the same frame but a different color. She let me take my time to decide and explained to me what lens would be best for me to buy so that my lenses wouldn't look so thick. I had to pay a little extra but $119.00 for 2 pairs of glasses is a great deal. I am very satisfied with my purchase & very happy with the customer service.

All About Eyes sells affordable eyewear and no pressure like some other places. Friendly staff and Dr Spitz does a thorough exam and answers any questions thoughtfully. Besides their regular stock frames, they offer many designer brands as well. Appointment was on Friday afternoon and completed eyewear was available by Wednesday. All around good experience.

NEVER WILL I EVER STEP FOOT IN THERE ESTABLISHMENT! Not only did tbey switch my eye perscription around but they robbed me of my whole cost for my contact exam. I sent my prescription threw 1800 contact, trying to stick to my budget, but they would not fill my prescription. They said the dr had only given me a glasses prescription. When i called to find out why they did this to me, they said it had been 3 mos. Since my exam and needed it done again. I am positive that an contact exam should be good for one year. With my part time job, and a recent housefire, it took me a while to save 200$ for cobtacts. Only to start over. Thanks for nothing Dr. Spitz. You can make money without ripping people offbut maybe not enough to pay for that new fancy car with personalized plates!!

To be honest, I was more than a little nervous to come into a new eye care clinic for my almost 5 year old daughter and myself to get exams. My daughter has a history of ROP and has not had a good experience with eye exams in the past (if you've ever seen a rop exam you know why... if not... google it... ANYWAY... Dr Melissa Spitz is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My daughter even volunteered to go first! Which she has never done before! She was so patient with her, made jokes with her and just all around made her so comfortable! I was floored with how easy it went! Picking out glasses was the only struggle and that's only because they offer SO MANY options! Other eye care places in the area only have 10-15 kids options but there were at least 50 here! I picked out a pair of Ray Bans for myself and ended up only paying $46 out of pocket for both of our exams and my glasses combined. (EyeMed insurance) All in all, I WILL DEFINITELY be recommending this place to EVERYONE I know! (bonus: referrals get you credit! see pic included) My glasses will take about 7 days to come in so I will update as soon as they do :)

I had my first appointment with All About Eyes yesterday. They deserve more than 5 stars! Excellent service from when you walk in the door until you walk out. The staff is super friendly, easy to talk to, and the store is beautiful. The doctor is amazing and kept a conversation going with me so there wasn’t any of the awkward since you get when you’re at appointments. The eye glass selection is HUGE so you’ll be able to find whatever style you’re looking for. I will be recommending everyone here!

I went to All About Eyes on New Years Eve. I had the pleasure of Amanda waiting on me. I found the Nike glasses and really wanted them. All you had on shelf was a different color than I wanted. My son needed contacts ASAP after losing one and leaving only one left. I went to the big discount store that did the eye exam and was told they could not give me a trail pair and I would have to order a six month supply for $180 and it would not be in for a couple of days. I was driving by All About Eyes and decided to see what they could do for me. They gave me a trial pair that day and I had to order the six months supply but it was only $138. Don't believe that the big discount stores always gives you the best deal.
