Felix, the owner, is totally committed to customer satisfaction. When I ran into a problem that had nothing to do with him, he still fixed it for me and didn't even charge me. I had broken the arm that attaches to my lens. After that I went back to him for a second pair of glasses and he took great care to make sure that everything was correct and he priced the glasses very competitively. I couldn't be happier with his service and quality.

I thought that I would get the best deal in town by using the Optical Center that supported our military troops. This meaning cost compared to any downtown outlet in which I could also get quick service and quality. And also, to be able to use my STAR card that would allow me to complete payments without any interest. The cost was higher than the optical shops such as Wal Malt and other shops. All prescription had to be mailed out of state. Also, the optical shop was (as advertised) that i could buy one frame and get second one free for friend, family. Because I used Insurance, I was not allowed this credit. The biggest thing was the no interest on the STAR Card and the non-compare price. Terry Howard

Purchased a pair of glasses here and had a great experience! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of frames available at this location. It took about a couple weeks for me to get my glasses back which is standard. I appreciate the time that they took with me to make sure I got the right frames and lenses. I recommend this business! The Optical Shop is the ideal place for glasses. Felix goes out of his way to make the experience an enjoyable one. He is knowledgeable, efficient, patient, and a real expert at selecting the right frames. Once you have your glasses, he generously assists with any adjustments or other issues. Although I no longer see an Ophthalmologist at the office next to the Optical Shop, I will continue to come to Felix for new glasses or changes to my prescription (as do all the other members of my family).

Really not a fan. They were all talking amongst themselves when I went in and no one greeted me even after I stood there for a few seconds. The woman who I did talk to was perfectly middle of the road. Not rude, but not friendly. After I paid, I was told I wouldn't get my glasses for 3-5 days. I wish they had told me that before I paid, because if they had, I would have gone elsewhere. Overall not a good experience.

Rudest place ever. They basically attack you for wanting to stop by and look at their frames. They refuse to not have an entire HOUR for lunch. Don’t just stop by over your lunch break to see if they have frames that might fit your child because they will act like you are completely out of your mind for wanting to see if they have anything that may work.

Felt the need to be degrading, and hang up on me for asking questions! They should NOT be working on a military base with service members and their families!
