We ride the city bus and needed to reschedule our appointments due to thunderstorms, our son is on the Autism Spectrum and any one who knows anything about Autistic Children knows that being caught in a storm would not be a good thing. When we tried to reschedule the manager at the Ft. Harrison store was extremely rude, and when we contacted the Supervising Manager at the south store she was know better! In a nut shell Optic View is NOT disability friendly! Please consider this when deciding where to spend your eye care dollars!

Always worked with me and when I needed a new pair of glasses helped in a jiffy!! While I was there it seemed there were people from a group home and the manager was exceptional in working with them!!! It surprised me based on the previous review. But I would recommend this any time to anyone especially with their prices being so low!!!
