My experience began with a friendly phone conversation, followed by a warm greeting upon entering the office for my appointment. I found the doctor and staff patient, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun!! :)

I had an appointment that I was unable to make so I called to reschedule and was told a date and time and then when I arrived they didn't have my appointment in there system. Instead of trying to get me in, seeing as there was no one there the person said the could schedule us for another date and time "Further Out" from the day I had already made time for. Just lost a customer.

Very uncomfortable and negative atmosphere. When you walk in, instead of greeting you, every worker just stands around and stares at you without a word. Rude. I’m not sure if this man was a manager or an optometrist, but he yells at his receptionists, clearly had too much on his plate to handle. He made it clear to the guests and everyone else that he was under too much stress and eager to leave. He yelled some swear words out loud, shaking, while checking someone’s lens. I think this man seems to make his workers timid and uncomfortable just as much as I was.

The customer service is second to none. Amazing customer service like breathing to Brent. I cannot say enough good about this team and their policy of being above and beyond. Not only friendly, they are also intelligent, well informed, and quick to understand insurance. They strive for their customers have the best fit in frames and lenses. I have never been so happy with a pair of glasses. I normally wear contacts and have had a hard time experiencing comfortable vision in glasses. But Longe uses state of the art digital mapping to design lenses to find the best fit for each individual wearer. I am able to see so clearly out my glasses and find that they are extremely comfortable. Dr. Pataluch is so knowledgeable and explains easily. At a recent visit, he asked me to try new pair of contact lenses with HydraGlyde. They are a new favorite. My eyes still feel great at the end of the day onlong wear. My kids have seen Dr. Weaver and enjoyed their visit very much. I found the children's eyewear at Longer Optical to be very reasonable. I am not sure if I came on a special day, or if it do with my insurance, but I only needed to purchase the frames. The quality lenses were free. I would not at all be surprised if this was just the general practice in the store for children's glasses. I feel so fortunate to be able to patron such a fantastic store and feel that I am in the absolute best care.

The exam itself went fine, I purchased a pair of glasses and was told I could pick them up in a week. Went back to pick them up, and they tell me they forgot to charge me for the contact lens fitting. Fine-paid that off. Then a few months later I get a letter saying I owe ANOTHER $10. WTF. So my husband calls and pays it. THEN they call back and say they applied it to the “wrong side” they would credit me back the $10 but I had to call back AGAIN to pay the balance. I sincerely hope my account has a zero balance now, 5 months after my appointment, because I certainly will not be returning

Waited longer than was told for my glasses only for them to finally come in and they ordered one of my pairs in sunglasses instead of regular lenses. Now I have to wait again for them to hopefully get them right. Extremely frustrating and very unsatisfied. Will defiantly never go back and would not recommend them to anybody
