Customer service is impeccable. I've been going to Carol for the longest time and she is always very accommodating. She takes time helping you pick out frames, cleaning your glasses, and readjusting them. One time I was in desperate need of contacts and she brought them to my house for me as I was headed out the door for vacation.

I have gone back to see Carol for over 4 years now since the first day I stopped in out of convenience. Since day one she has remembered me and bent over backwards to accomodate me. Since then I have moved to the city and still drive out to see her once or twice a year for my yearly exam and to replace contacts/glasses, which she is always able to maximize based on your needs. I highly recommend seeing her.

This is the worst place to go don't give you what you paid for. Paid for transition and never does transition nothing all they can say is by using a uv flashlight they turn dark but not outside. Very bad I mean very bad customer service telling me that it hasn't been sunny enough all summer for they to turn dark that's insane but other glasses I've had no problem. I wouldn't recommend nobody go there they are a RIP off

Everyone at global optical is extremely helpful. After first visiting them, I was able to go in the very next day for an eye exam. The day after that, my glasses were already ready to go. I highly recommend this place for any one in need of an eye exam and/or New lenses. Thanks to their helpful staff, I consider them very worthy of a five star review!

I have had the pleasure of receiving outstanding service from Carol and Jennifer at Global Optical in Hoffman Estates, IL. From the minute I walked in, I received individualized, friendly service in regard to ordering driving glasses and progressive glasses from prescriptions I brought in from my eye doctor. Jennifer carefully helped me pick out glasses that fit, and looked nice. I received my driving glasses within an hour! When I came back a week later to pick up my progressive glasses, I mentioned my driving glasses weren’t quite right, due to the prescription, not them. Carol immediately helped me figure out a different lense, and low, and behold, my glasses were fixed to my liking within minutes! Global Optical is the place to go for your optical needs. Carol and Jennifer offered knowledgeable, friendly service. The best!

Love this place. Carol is so nice and accommodating. Sometimes you have to wait but that is because she is very popular and she spends enough time with each person. She even went to my in-laws nursing home to fit them for glasses since we couldn't bring them out. I highly recommend this place if you want individualized service.

I went there for a new pair of glasses + contact lens. Here is the catch- The contact lens fitting fees is 40-45 $ if you buy glasses + contacts else its $60. The bill they give has just a number and the breakups are not clearly mentioned anywhere. When you go there,,,make sure to get a breakup bill in case you happen to cancel the order like me. I called them on a Sunday to cancel my order and the old lady said- she was closing the store when they are open from 10am - 1pm. They Suck big time... They talk about state laws which they only know :). Who in the world is asking or getting arrested for wearing glasses with older prescriptions. What a lame way to make money...Global Opticals at 1173 barrington rd, HE, IL--GO TO HELL..Going there was a BIG mistake. Thanks

This is a great place with prices similar to Pearl or Walmart, but with the customer service of a private office. Incredible selection and individualized assistance finding the perfect fit and style for your face. I highly recommend Global Optical.

I love Ms Carol. She is such a great help! I have been going for a few years and I'm not planning to switch anytime soon. My daughter had her first exam and she was super excited about it as well. The doctor made her feel comfortable and she enjoyed her first visit.

Looks a bit cluttered when you walk in. Appointments were on time. Frames took a while to order, but they substituted a different color until ordered frames arrived.

There's honestly not many shops around the area that provide a great, welcoming experience. Went to pick out glasses for the very first time, wasn't rushed, Ms. Carol and her colleagues took their time and were patient with me to make sure I selected the perfect glasses. I can definitely say I had a great experience.. she also gave me a free trial of contact lenses and case and I didn't even ask! Seriously what more can you ask for? If you're not shopping here for glasses, contact lenses, or even doing your eye check up here, then I feel bad for your eyes. Thank you guys! For a great experience and hospitality!

Carol and her staff are #1. My family and I have gone to Carol for 12 years. Carol has always taken care of us, provided excellent customer service, and always has fantastic recommendations. She has treated us like family. Global Optical is priced very fairly, her staff are always nice and professional, overall Global Optical raises the bar for all stores. We moved to GA, but still will use Carol!

I'm not sure where to even start. I came in to the store one day to see what kinds og glassses they had A women then came up to me and asked me what i was looking for I told her I needed a pair of glasses that would be affordable yet have the look simlar to raybans. this women then looked at me and pushed me into buying something she clearly knew i couldt afford! I then asked her if she could accmidate me by offering a special or a better price and she then told me to come back to the store once I had enough money to afford the glasses. Never in my life have I been insulted like that.
