I purchased my first pair of Maui Jim sunglasses after having LASIK. I purchased the SHOALS model with Hawaiian Blue lenses. The fit, quality and clarity of the glasses is excellent and extremely durable as I wear them everyday and am very active. My glasses recently took a hard impact that cracked a lens and sheared the screw holding the temple on. I took them to the Maui Jim facility in Peoria where they were able to fix my frame and install new lenses. I paid for the lens replacement and went home, only to discover the new lens had a hairline crack. I went back the next day, they looked at the glasses and promptly issued me a new pair. The customer service here is excellent and most efficient! They assured that I'll be a customer for a long time. Highly recommended.

Converted a few Years ago from Tom Ford to Maui Jim's. Love the several pairs we have. After my 5 Year old son sat on them by accident in the car I took them in and received them back within minutes free of charge. Great customer experience and great quality. Highly recommend them.

I sent my new broken sunglasses in for repair and was told I needed to pay for the repairs. By the time she finished the long list of repairs it was clear that Maui Jim wanted full price again for the repairs. I told them that I was a good customer have bought over a hundred pairs for my company. The glasses came back to me in worse shape than I sent them. I called to tell them I will never buy another pair of glasses from Maui Jim. I paid for junk. Maui Jim offered nothing because they want money not good repairs.

If I could give more stars, I would! I wear my sunglasses everyday. I suffer from migraines and I am extremely light sensitive. The glasses fell off of my head, by my own fault, and I needed new lenses. I sent the glasses in for repair, asking and paying for replacement lenses. I sent them in on Monday and had them back by Friday. Not only did I get them back so quickly, they were a completely BRAND NEW pair! I can't believe how lucky I am! I've had these glasses for years and will definitely buy them again if I ever need another pair!! :)

I just got my first pair of Maui Jim (prescription) Sunglasses. I got the dragonfly with pink lenses. They are great: the quality is beyond the Oliver Peoples or Ray Ban's that I usually get. I'm hooked on Maui Jims and this is the only brand from now on!

i purchased 2 pairs 2 months ago for $359 each (I love the brand, i guess no more...), after a month the logo came off and here is the message i got: "Thank you so much for reaching out to us! I am so sorry to hear that your Kahi sunglasses have lost some of the lettering on their temples! I do apologize that we are not able to send the temples directly to you. However, we do provide adjustments and replaces small hardware, temples, and nose pads at no charge other than our small, standard processing fee! I took my Maui Jim sunglasses in for repair and lens replacement. I drove from St. Louis, Missouri, to Peoria, Illinois, for this service. Maui Jim is THE BEST. The repair service took less than 15 minutes. For $75.00, I practically had a new pair of sunglasses. Any pair you select will comfort and massage your eyes. Everyone should try a pair of MJ Sunglasses. I prefer the Banyans. Enjoy!
